Sir,
I've placed an order of redmi note 7s (Onyx black, 64 gb) (4 gb ram) on 18/08/2019, when i quarries before ordered it on flipkart site, then shown there it has two sim slot and the memory expendable 256 gb, so, i think it's like samsung which is already used by mine where as two sim slot and one separate memory card slot and i ordered it but when i received the set i observed on it's box that on this mobile i can use either two sim or one sim and one memory card. So, i cancel my order before broken it's seal of the box and sent the return request as soon as possible and after that i called them several times to know about my request and about refund my money also but they could not explain any thing clearly about it by their representative. After two days they inform me that their seller rejected the return request so they couldn't return it and refund my money back. But i don't knew who is the seller before purchased a product from flipkart because many kinds of sellers are there so it's not possible to known me who is actually sale me the product and which is his internal policies with flipkart, i only know flipkart. So, as a customer how could they harassed and mentally torched me. I want to my money back immediately through return the product as soon as possible.
