[Resolved] Flipkart — not able to access my flipkart account and its showing login error, cancelled my products without my approval and the money is also not refunded

I completed my course and came to my hometown for holidays, here as i didnt do any shopping from a long time, i ordered few things from flipkart, till morning it was okay and i was able to track my orders. But after some time, i was not able to access my account and the login error started popping. I contacted the customer care and they said not to worry and that my account will be accessible awithin 2 hours. But nothing happened and again they told me the same thing. This happened will me all the time. I also got my order cancellation messages without my approval and also the money was not refunded. When i tried to their cc, response was not their from them. When i read about this, i came to know that its been blocked because they may considered as a reseller!! What!! Really!! Is it wrong to order many things from flipkart? If yes i will never order from you guyz again. Please look into this and do the needful.

Updated by Rohän Pätil Nothing has been done yet, Their customer care is also not that supportive and they themselves will not know the status of the complaint. I was a regular customer of them, I will not shop from them again ever

Updated by Rohän Pätil They are saying now that they have cancelled my orders without refunding because of the irregularities in the payment method, I have always taken the order and made the payment regularly, otherwise how would I get my order ...they just say anything
