[Resolved] Flipkart — not able to add e-gift voucher to my flipkart account | |||
Order id: [protected] I have received a e-gift card from sbi but while adding the gift card i am getting an error "this card belongs to a wallet and direct transaction are not allowed on this card." i got 2 card 1 got redeemed successfully & another is showing me an error No one is helping me i spoke to flipkart customer service they said me to call to sbi & when i called to sbi they said call to flipkart where should i raise my complaint. Verified Support May 20, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the e-gift voucher. We request the customer to contact the third party from whom the e-gift voucher was received for further assistance. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
