I've ordered this boat rockerz 600 hd sound bluetooth headset on 25th april 2019 and it delivered today i. E 27th april 2019. I want to return this product because i noticed audio lag 3-5 seconds when i'm watching videos and playing games. Didn't expect this. I want refund for this since there's no return/refund option is provided. I don't need replacement for this product if the issue persists again i can't invest my time in returning again. So please initiate my refund process immediately. Thankyou.

    On 17th of april i order redmi note 7 with order id od[protected] the phone which is to be exchanged is in condition which was mentioned by the flip cart also it was checked online. But at the time of delivery the order was declined by wishmaster by saying it not good for exchange.. I contacted flip kart and sent the images of phone flipkart representatives said that phone is qualified by the back end team you can claim for exchange.
    Then again i ordered redmi y2 in exchange of the same phone.. The wishmaster denied the phone again..
    My complain is that why company is giving fake assurances regarding exchange

      I ordered 55 inch Jvc LED TV. Phone number [protected] order number [protected] so got installation appointment on 26th April 2019 to 247 around who is service provider of flipkart

      And today is 28 th April 2019 no one came yet.
      So if any body buying any electronic product form flipkart please do not buy. I am continuously following with 247 around for installation but the response is very bad. Still waiting also call customer care got next appointment still waiting wasting my time one show up.. So do not buy no value for customer service!!!

        I had purchased a water gyser 10ltr of candes make, through flipkart. After 2 months found leakage from water gyser tank. I contacted flipkart and registered a complaint for the same issue. Flipkart provided me vendor contact number and asked me to contact vendor to claim warranty service, as i did the same and asked the vendor to provide me warranty service. Vendor said they will provide the replacement of same product but coustomer has to bare the logistics charges. I completely disagreed with courier charges. Whereas i was asking for warranty service not for a replacement.

        Same i had informed flipkart and told them vendor is denieing to provide warranty service. Flipkart asked me wait for days and they will contact with the vendor and update me.

        Flipkart made me to wait for 20 days, after 20 day's waiting i got a call from flipkart, informing me that they can help in this matter.

        When this product was sold there wasnt any term's and conditions about logistics charges for claiming warranty service. I order flipkart to disclose a term and condition details where the logistics charges written on it for claiming a warranty service.

          But the iron was of very poor quality.
          Its iron is very sticky and gets sticked with every cloths.
          Even local iron is much better then this.
          When i complaint about the product they said that your 10 days return policy is over last week so we can not return this product.

            I have emailed flipkart 5 times till now. 5 times on different days... It has been 15 days still my refund has not been made.
            My case is that duplicate payment was made. 215 was debited twice. So please flipkart stop acting like a cavan and learn addition 215+215 = 430
            I have been refunded 215 only.
            Stop evading my emails and giving roundabout replies.
            "the seller has refunded on 18th"
            "the seller will refund by 19th"
            "please contact phonepe", i mean wtf why should i contact phonepe i placed an order with flipkart।

            This is the last place i'm complaining on, after this i ' go to the consumer court।
            Might। as well punish these big e-commerce companies who fool customers this way and harrass them by refusing to take their complaint।

            If you look closely you will see rs. 215 has been debited twice.
            One was refunded immediately in 3 days as promised.
            The other transaction which you can very well see is different by the transaction reference number is yet to be refunded.
            Your customer service executive was contacted almost a fortnight ago.
            She told me a transaction error where money is debited takes 6-7 days.
            It has been twice that period of time.
            Now i am very patient with your customer service.
            This is only the second time i am facing issues.
            Please don't refuse to acknowledge my complaint.

            It is very inconvenient and frustrating for the customer to write the se email again and again. Stating the exact same grievance.

            The second transaction was registered on your system and was refunded. The first one is lost somewhere in your system.
            Help me out here. I'm a student. I don't have a lot of money.
            Also i don't believe in letting small things go.
            Remember 99% of the customers don't complain and don't return.
            I am the 1% who complains and am a repeat customer.
            It would be a shame if you let this trust be breached.

            I don't understand what the problem with you guys is .First you say we will
            resolve it. Then you say seller will resolve it. Then you say contact
            PhonePe. Then you say contact the bank. And funniest of it all you assume I
            have a debit card. I said netbanking. It does not necessarily require a
            debit card you know?
            Please be professional. I already told you I am not disputing the first
            refund of Rs 215 . The duplicate transaction is that which is the issue.
            Make sure you debit it to my account. 215+215= 430 .

                Last week i have ordered a huda beauty set of 12 worth rs.403 inckuding the shipping charge. The product got delivered on 26/04/2019. But after opening the delivery box, i was wondered. The box was empty. The package was not at satisfying and was packed ina laptop charger's cover.                   In my phone app it’s 219 for baby’s clubb fruit nippler but it’s actual mrp in my phone was 385. After 43% it’s became 219..
                  But in my cousins phone app mrp for the same item is 350 after 46% it became 188..

                        I ordered a product from flipkart named google chromecast i got its delivery but it was not compatible with my tv so i returned that they gave me replacement and blocked my account but as you know this will also not compatible so i will again go for refund this time but they are now saying you are reseller so you will can't access your account
                        Where are consumer rights in this country these multinational companies making fool o[censored]s cheating us

                        3500 rupees is a big amount and they blocked my account so i could not return this feeling very frustating about their service will never use flipkart again and will file case against them how to do tell me cause return policy will be end on 10th may.

                              I can't login into my account. Everytime i try it says "login unsuccessful please try in a minute". I can't even change my password everytime i try it says unable to change your password please retry and if i try too many times it says maximum login attempts reached please retry after 24 hours.                               Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by the customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get canceled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                I had ordered for a asus mobile worth rs. 4999 order number od[protected], at flipkart.com and as the site was showing the item as in stock, i made the payment (Rs. 4999) of the same through my credit card on 18th apr 2019. I received a confirmatory e-mail to this effect saying the product will be delivered at my office address within 2-3 days and also showing in my flipkart order details that your product dispatched. However, on same day in evening, they sent a mail to me cancelling the order by seller by saying that your product is out of order and mentioning that the payment will be reversed in my credit card account. Is it possible that product can be out of stock if they already send product. And the product is very much available and the site is still showing it as in-stock but only at a higher price. After three days i received my money back and that day mobile price was also dropped and i order the same product again on same price on 21.04.2019 and they said it will be delivered on 22.04.2019. I waited till 23.04.2019 but no item delivered then i make complain against my product and they said it will be resolved till 26.04.2019 then i call them every day on 25.04.2019 i searched for courier service and go there, they said no such item received till date at same day evening they cancelled my order again by saying that your product is lost any your money will be refunded till 03.05.2019.

                                This item was a gift for my wife and she was totally harassed by me because she doesn’t know about flipkart she thinks that i am not wanted to give mobile to her.

                                  This app is just deceiving me. I wanted to return an order and they aren't allowing me to login my account. I talked to customer care and they said they will see to it in a week and after a week of complain they say that because of my huge returns they arent allowing for the same and they are just speechless when i'm asking them to detail me of huge returns. I'm even asking them that okay don't allow me to login but just return my last order and refund for it. Why shall i pay for something which had a return policy and which i don't want to keep. Why shall i allow an app to easy my money

                                  Still not resolved.
                                  They are basically still not able to give the large number of returns based on my return history of flipkart and the reason behind ceasing my account. It's just that if we they can't be on their policies they shall surrender the app and ban it.
                                  Still the problem is same...they are not able to provide reason behind ceasing my account and unnecessarily arguing on it... They still are not letting me login in the account or return the order.
                                  I would request consumer court to ban such apps

                                    We have purchased a bed and mattress but mattress size is smaller than bed. So we raised a replacement request. But no action is being taken and simply our return request is getting rejected from past 15 days. No technicianwill ever visit but reject reason got updated saying technician has visited. Fed up from following up and escalating. Flipkart is making us fool. Whenever we call we get a date saying it will be resolved by that date but it never happened. I suggest everyone to stop purchasing anything from flipkart. Such a liers and cheaters they have

                                      My order no. Was od[protected] which was received on 25.04.2019. When the delivery executive handedover my products, i was shocked that some products are damaged thereafter i pay the charges of the products but the delivery executive did not refund the change. So, i just want to refund my money back asap. Also behavior of the delivery executive is too rude.

                                        My order od[protected] was placed against exchange where the exchange got denied for the defect. On order confirmation it was clearly mentioned that i can always get the delivery by paying exchange value. I made request to get the delivery and pay exchange value. I never received any response and suddenly my order got cancelled. I am going to court now for harassing me with my time, effort and money. Flipkart is making fool of me for last several days. You do not have value for customers. I have all the records and communication made so far.
