I don't understand what the problem with you guys is .First you say we will
resolve it. Then you say seller will resolve it. Then you say contact
PhonePe. Then you say contact the bank. And funniest of it all you assume I
have a debit card. I said netbanking. It does not necessarily require a
debit card you know?
Please be professional. I already told you I am not disputing the first
refund of Rs 215 . The duplicate transaction is that which is the issue.
Make sure you debit it to my account. 215+215= 430 .
Guys simple arithmetic. Elementary my dear Flipkart .
Also I get an email with a new customer service guy each time. How is this
being helpful?
It is like having 5 different investigating officers for your case of
misappropriation of funds.

Why am I being asked to contact Phonepe?
This does not make sense...
I use Netbanking and PayTM .
Also please forward my complaint to Phonepe. I am an End User. Your legal team will know you cannot make the buyer run pillar to post this way. The ultimate responsibility of refund lies with Flipkart . Own up .Don't givee this mumbojumbo that refund is made. I already told you. 215 is refunded, Rs 215 remain . I will not contact PhonePe from my side. You do it please. Also tell me of a contact person with PhonePe if you are incapable of resolving the issue.
