[Resolved] Flipkart — not able to update email account

I am not able to update my email account in my flipkart profile. The previous email adress which is registered is wrong and i have no access to it.
While updating the email account it requires otp from new email and otp from old email account and the password but as i have no excess to my old email i account i cannot enter otp.
I have been trying from a no. Of days and i have contaced customer care also but they knew nothing about this... They dont even knew that it ask otps and passwords...

I am unable to update my Flipkart account email address. When I try to update my email address is not taking.

Got the same problem. I created my account using mobile number only. But when I checked my profile in Flipkart, it had some unknown email address in my account. I tried to change the incorrect email address but it sent the verification code as well to the unknown email address set up by Flipkart in my account. Trying to contact Flipkart via phone and email but no success. Flipkart should not automatically assign random email address to any user account.
