Flipkart — Not accepting CRT TV exchange

Hello sir,

I have placed an order of lg tv in exchange of CRT TV in offer period. While delivering the product the delivery guy didn't accept the CRT TV in exchange saying that from top management we received the order to not received any CRT TV. If it is so then why flipkart is not informed me about this earlier.
And the behaviour of delivery agent was so harsh that he is considering himself a owner of flipkart and talking to me in loud voice. And behaves rudely with us.
If you don't want to receive our exchange then why you gave it as a offer during placing the order? Is it my fault?

Because of you guys there is lot of problem came to us. Kindly raise the concern.

I am really not satisfied with your service and support provided by you. I am flipkart customer for a very long time. The way delivery agent behaved was wrong. This was the horrible experience I got from recent order.
