Flipkart — Not delivered my product till date | |
I want to inform that I had placed an order for refrigerator Samsung 324 l on 16.10.2021 bearing order ID OD[protected] which was deliver through Delhivery courier service and product was reached at Solan on 18.10.21. representative of delhivery courier call for delivery on 20.10.21 but didn't delivered product while we are waiting for it. I call back to him there time but he didn't pick up my call. I waited 22.10.21 at 1400hrs. But call call received for product. After that I booked call many times for delivery my product but no satisfactory answered found. they only told that our specialist are working on my issue and they will contact me. But till now on one contacted me. All your help centre team and chet team is sitting only mislead customers not resolved issues. Now I want my money refund with 14% compensation. Who will pay this compensation your flipkart, seller or courier service you should decide. Was this information helpful? | |
