Flipkart — Not delivered my production since one month

I have ordered rustic art facewash from Flipkart.com on 22 sep 2025
After long time they have cancelled my delivery saying it's untraceable

Now they have shipped replacements product again same thing happened with this order also after reaching final delivery station it's now untraceable
