I have order a dell make i5 7000 laptop on 27th october 2019 on your website vide flipkart maha sale. Pay. Me 3. Tk/lap. Php. The vender is soumen stores order no[protected] and the payment through paytm vide 2019102411121381181683003093976 of rs.2199. But till date i have not received my item. Why after received the payment on date the materials is not delevered or the if not delevered, the amount was not credited to my account. Kindly rechecked and confirm the same at the earliest. I can not understand why you can not find out my order. It is your duty when you are in such type of business where the customer is paying in advance but not receiving the item. One kind of cheating with the customers. If it is the fact and you are not going to solve my problem shortly I have to go for leading newspaper to publish this type of cheating by a company like flipkart.
