Flipkart — Not delivering lg 240 l frost free double door refrigerator

We placed an order of LG 240 L Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator on 09.06.2025. On the day of delivery, they called us and confirm the time at evening for delivery when they come, they refused to deliver at doorstep which is at 1st floor in our locality we requested so many times but they refused and update the status "Could not be delivered retrying soon" next day again different delivery man came with same delivery condition, this time we requested for the cancellation but again they update the same statues. We called Customer Care at night the ensure us to delivery at defined place, but nothing happen. Three to four times We called customer care all the time they try to convince us and promise to arrange call to talk with senior officer by today we haven't received any call. Even we requested to cancel the order, but they deny, and we personally are not able to cancel the order because this option is not appearing.
