[Resolved] Flipkart — Not delivering the product and harassing the customer | |||||
What is this kind of mishap?Firstly I have ordered a product from Flipkart on 3rd november and the expected delivery date was 21th november.And today these E-Commerce Site is showing that they cannot deliver the product for some silly issues after delaying so long.My suggestion is if the company is unable to handle the customers then they should shut down the company but they dont have right to mess around with our orders.I could have bought this product from Paytm or SnapDeal because they are delivering their products within 3 days.As a customer I need compensation and I will definitely do a demarketing about FlipKart.I need a harsh step in this regard against Flipkart.
