Sir this is a very traumatic experience i had never pitched in so much money on an article, apart from that i have my online tests for which i have no laptop. You can rectify that from my college namely ncu gurgaon.
I am a college going student and i had bought a laptop from flipkart (Od[protected] 12/6/2020 worth 67k, the laptop arrived on 15/6/2020 while i was using my laptop on 22/6/2020 nearly at 11:30pm i saw that there were white spots on my laptops lcd screen when the screen would have a black background.
On further trying to return the laptop via flipkart app, the return window had expired on 22/6/2020. I was late by an hour to file in the complainant. (Tried filing a return at 12:30am)
Further i had filed a complaint in asus on 23/6/2020 and on the same day asus engineer visited my residence and gave me an invoice regarding my doa certificate, in a couple of days i received my doa certificate and my laptop was sealed by the asus representative.
Since then i have been contacting flipkart to just know that wher i have to send my doa certificate to them, my complaint was filed on 23/6/2020 and i was assured that my complaint would be resolved by 26/6/2020 by 4pm, which never happened no one called me. I was the one calling flipkart every day from 23/6/2020 till date. The rookie service representative just ask me to wait and wait and wait. I had filed the complainant on twitter handel as well where as no one even replied and even for that i have been waiting.
When will i get my replacement laptop!!
