Hi team,

I'm reporting my issue in the consumer complaint, since i'm not receiving any kind of support from flipkart support team.

I'm a flipkart customer from last 7 years and i had purchased many products on flipkart, but now, flipkart blocked my account stating that i had returned many products to flipkart, which is why they had blocked my account, but that is completely a false statement, if you can check my order history, i usually never return any products, until and unless i have any sizing issues or model mismatch.

I saved some money to buy a watch for my father and, i had purchased "fossil fs5304 the minimalist 3h analog watch" on june 1st in flipkart, the actual cost of the watch is 8995rs, however using icici credit card, i purchased the watch for 7345rs. Flipkart had delivered me the watch on june 4th, but i had received a different fossil watch. I actually ordered for fossil fs5304, but i had received fossil bq2311. I spoke to flipkart customer support on the same day i, e june 4th and i had created a refund request, as the product is eligible for 30-day refund policy, on 5th june, my refund request got rejected by flipkart, hence i spoke to flipkart support again and they mentioned, they have raised a refund request again and even that got rejected, on 6th june, my flipkart account got blocked and i'm unable to login to my account. I gave a call to flipkart support asked them on what grounds, my flipkart account has been blocked, the flipkart executives are not sure about that, and they told me, they escalated my issue to the concerned team and they'll get in touch with my by 9th june. Today i. E 11th june and still there was no update from flipkart. I'd like to bring this issue to your attention and kindly requesting you to help me with this.

I raised my issue on all the social channels like facebook, twitter, but i always ended up hearing same apology statements, but no resolution, i'm requesting you to please look into my issue.

Flipkart always responds me stating that I had placed a high number of returns, which is why, they had blocked my account, but in reality, I never returned any product on Flipkart. I really don't understand what is happening with Flipkart

I'm a Flipkart loyal cusomer from last 7 years and I rarely return any product to Flipkart, I had returned products only when I had sizing issues, if you check my order history from last 7 years, I had ordered plenty of products from Flipkart and returned products that I had returned so far as very very Minimal.

I still don't understand, Why you guys had blocked my account on that reason, this is really a bad experience for me From Flipkart.

Recently, I had purchased a Fossil watch for my Dad from my very hard earned money and I ended up receiving a different watch, Which is why I placed a return request, I never expected My Flipkart account will get blocked for raising a return request.

Whenever I give a call to Flipkart support to understand on what grounds my account was blocked, I always ended up hearing the below automated statement every time.:

"Hi, We are sorry to let you know that your return request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account"

I really want Flipkart to seriously look into my issues rather than sending these automated messages. This statements from Flipkart doesn't given any Solution for a user like me, until and unless you come up with a valid explanation.

I always expected a call from you, but till now, I had never received a single call to discuss about my issue.This is hard earned money and I have each and every right to question Flipkart, if I'm not receiving any kind of response on this, I'll definatky take this to the consumner court without any doubt .

I really don't mind you blocking my account and I anyways do not want to shop in Flipkart anymore, I lost my trust on you Flipkart.

I just want you to take the watch that you had sent me and refund my money, I'm anyways going to file a police FiR on this issue.

    I ordered my mobile poco x2 on june 8 and it showed that delivery is on 12th june but now they delayed delivery from 12th june to 17th june without giving any specific reason. Now lockdown is open so, why are they delaying delivery. I want this phone urgently bcoz my existing phone is broken. Please delivery it asap

          I have ordered realme rarzo 10a but when i paid the amount. Suddenly it's showing out of stock and cash has been deducted. But order is not placed.

          Note : cash deducted from account.

          When i spoke with customer care, they conwayed to me i cannot make payment using gpay. I tried to conway that upi transaction can be done. But she didn't listen. She was keep on telling sorry sir.
          So what can be done form flipkart side.

            I have purchased 3 sarees on flipkart od no. Od[protected] dated 04.06.2020. The invoice no. Fadygk[protected] dated 04.06.2020 by kashvi sarees, banglore. The parcel was received yesterday 09.06.2020 from ekartl by his id fmpc [protected].in the parcel 1 (One) saree blue is defective the thread of saree is leave from saree (Bursts) to one side. So please exchange the saree or refund me the amount of saree.

            I attach the photo's of saree. You are the most valuable company and your goodwill in the market so please replace the saree. I have first time purchase online because the cheating with purchasers in online.

            Please find attached invoice of order and do the needful.

            I have already complaint but not any response from you, so please take action on it as early as possible.

              I had placed an order for mi tv vide order ni od[protected]. The tv has promptly delivered by your delivery agents and nothing delay has happened. But comes to your ekart installation, which is the worst team that i had ever met. Some executives call and said to me that they will come around one hour, 2 hr, 3hr and when calling back they switched off their mobile phone. This has been continuing for 2 days and after that, i fed up and tv installed by me. Again those people called me in 3rd day and do the same manner. So i request you to not make these worst and irresponsible team as your installation wings.

                      I placed an order for a chair on thursday, 28th may 2020 and expected delivery was 7th june 2020.

                      Order was shown as packed on 1st june 2020 but never moved from that status until 8th june 2020 when order was shipped.

                      Since then order is stuck at centralhub_bhw1 for last 4 days. Can i expected the delivery of chair on priority now as i invested couple of days to just to find an ideal chair in my budget and even that is not getting delivered.

                          I have ordered a table from flipkart. It is supposed to get delivered by june 1 but it didn't deliver. On the night of 1st june, the order status changed to delivered. On 2nd june, i raised a complaint to flipkart that my order status has changed but i did not receive my product. My complaint got registered and i was relieved. I received a message from the flipkart team that it will get resolved by 6th june. After 2 days, on 4th june, order status of my table changed from "delivered" to "installed". I did not receive any product and they changed its status. Now i called them again and they told me that it will get resolved by 6th june. Then i waited till the given date and at the end of the 6th june, they changed the date that it will get resolved by 8th june without contacting/ informing me. I saw the date change on the app.. I waited till 8th and on 9th i made another call, they told me it will get resolved within 24-48 hours.. But told is 11th june 10:20 pm and i did not get any call from them.. All i am getting are fake assurances...

                          My order cost is around 10k and it was a prepaid order.. I had no option left other than complaining on the social platform..

                          I also have their msgs, mails and recording and i ma forced to take legal action against flipkart..

                          Pathetic user experience..

                          Sir, same thing happened to me as well. The sofa worth Rs 13999 was ordered and I got a message it was delivered and then installed also a feedback link.
                          The Flipkart team registered the complaint and said it will be resolved by June 10th but I haven't heard anything from them. Everytime I call they say team is working on it.
                          I have every proof to prove that no delivery was made on that particular day. Yet no help from customer service. I'll wait for another 48hours and if I don't see any updates I'll b filing a police complaint. Thar would be better because Flipkart has more Fraud sellers who generates fake tracking number and cheats the customers

                            This is absolutely unacceptable now. I have been writing to Flipkart since the day we got the product delivered n till now no response on the services has happened...

                            It was delivered in damaged condition and we wrote u the very day. Due to lockdown the services were stopped we understand that but now u r telling us tht it cannot be sorted. This shows a strong disrespectful image of the company itself.

Since the product was delivered to you on 06 Aug 19, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. I hope this helps.

The amount has been deducted from the account also i receive the notification message from the bank but flipkart shows a message of "payment not yet confirmed from the bank".                                 Actually we have received the washing machine on 21st march'20. Because of the covid-19, installation and demo are not yet happened for this product. Still, we didn't open our delivered product because we are waiting for a demo person.
                                As per conversation with customer care executives telling like, "rest assured, your return policy will commence only once the product is installed successfully."

                                Latest conversation with customer care executive on may 28 discussion on below,
                                "we are sorry for the trouble you had to go through, this is not what you expected and we really don't want our customers to go through this.

                                We understand your concern about the installation of your product samsung 6.5 kg activwash+ fully automatic top load grey.

                                We are sorry to let you know that due to the current nationwide lockdown, we are operating with reduced staffing. However, we would like to let you know that we're working closely to get an update on this.

                                Please be assured that we will get back to you with an update."

                                June 4th also one of the customer executives mentioned like "as per our conversation we are working to solve your issue with the partner."

                                So i am still waiting for the installation and demo person.

                                Today june 11th, i tried to call toll free number[protected]. But that person's way of talking is not good, he is an argument with me.
                                Flipkart product details page mentioned once the product installation is done, then only return policy will be considered.

                                In an email conversation also discussed many times to flipkart customer care, keep on asking return policy terms and conditions. Most of the persons telling the same thing. But today (June 11) he didn't accept my request. He is telling your return policy is completed and we do not arrange a demo person to your products. He doesn't know about the basic ethics of talking.

                                Now i am requesting to arrange the samsung executive for the demo asap and consider the return policy for these products..

                                Note: without resolving the issues, last conversation persons, he is closed my issues. Please do it necessary action for him.

                                  I really don't understand what details are still missing after numerous calls and a long chain of emails.in the last email i forwarded from flipkart has all the details you mentioned in your mail. However, i am describing my issue once again for you.

                                  This is regarding the order - od[protected]. I received this order on march 5th 2020, and placed a return request -[protected] on 20th march 2020. And on 21st march, i received a text message on my mobile saying a delivery agent will pick up the product before 9 pm. But no one came to pick up the product on that day and when i approached customer care they assured that it will be collected soon but that didnt happen. After that everytime i called customer care, i was told that they are unable to come for pickup due to lockdown norms and the same will be collected once the relaxations are announced by government. And finally, post lockdown they are saying vendor has cancelled the return request as it crossed the 30 days return period eventhough i placed the return request within 15 days of receiving the product. It is not my mistake that we had sudden lockdown and moreover i didnt place the return request during lockdown. Then how come the vendor says they cannot take back the product because of lockdown?? And why it is not informed to me either via email or text message?? I urge you to look into this or loop vendor for a speedy resolution.
                                  And if you still feel the above details are not sufficient, please ring me on the number mentioned below in my signature. But please dont send another mail after two days saying that something is still missing in the complaint.

                                    I had order 2 shampoo of dove for rs 776

                                    Today it has been delivered i taught price was less so it would be better get from flipkart as it had been proved wrong from flipkart

                                    Two shampoo internal damage due to poor packing and shipping the product was not packed properly from packing department due to poor packing the tap was broken internally of both the product

                                    Even the product was damage due to heavy load it was not packed properly

                                    The matterial inside was flown inside the packet can't use this product in damage condition

                                    The whole india is suffering from invisible enemy and in that i can't take risk o[censored]nhygienic and damage product which is hazerdous to my life and family

                                    The product is not usable due to damage it just disposable product given to me my poor condition plz refund my money back of rs 776 totally wasted from flipkart

                                    I m escalting this matter to consumercomplaint.in against flipkart for sending me damage product plz refund my money immediately and take this damage product back to u
