    On 19th may i placed an order (From hyderabad) for 2 bottle of hand sanitizer from flipkart with order number od[protected].
    I selected cod order and the product was supposed to be delivered to my mother in kolkata.
    Order was delivered on 27th may and the delivery person took full amount as mentioned on the package and left. When my mother opened the package after 15 mins, she found only 1 bottle of 500 gram.
    Then and there i called flipkart and informed and also sent email. Direct customer service in unavailable on phone, so had to choose on app for callback.
    Since then i am sick and tired of raising issues, but not getting any assistance what so ever.
    Got 2 calls, who promised to help but nothing.
    Facebook escalation has no difference.
    I even reached out to their grievance officer, he doesn't even respond. Just ignores my emails.
    I create issue on the app, they close it on there end saying package was not tampered, so i wold be sent the full order.
    I have made huge amount of purchases on flipkart, but these people have no respect for the goodwill what so ever.
    Please help me get my money from these dacoits who have the thieves selling products on flipkart and looting the customers.
    I promise to switch to amazon forever once i get the money they have stolen from me.

        Hi, I had a very bad experience with flipkart. I had ordered Blue star AC few days ago, which the delivery executive had only delivered me the outdoor unit and indoor unit was not still delivered to me by him and u received delivered message. That delivery person was so unprofessional and rude, switched off his phone and didnt receive my call. I requested a query for this, the customer care told me to return and replace, yesterday the technician had visited our home and took photos and might have updated the status but still it's not reflecting anything in flipkart. I am frustrated doing constant follow ups and raising requests and customer care people saying the same thinga again and again. I regret purchasing as if I would have gone to shop and purchased may be I would not have suffered this. Flipkart should look cases like this where because of a negligence and lazy delivery person... Customer are suffering this. Proper communication should be done.. Where they need to check. Being a plus member in flipkart I m really disappointed.

        However, the seller has initiated a refund request of Whirlpool 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split Inverter AC - White as the product is not in stock for replacement.

        We are happy to let you know that the courier service provider has schedule the pickup from your address by 12 Aug 2020. Once the product is picked up and reaches the warehouse then the seller will process for a refund of Rs.26916/- .

        This refund will reflect within 4 business days as per standard banking procedures.

            Ery very bad experience from filpcart i purchased epson l3150 printer it was a technical problem. I put the return request return id :[protected] and order id :od[protected].                       Me and my family members are blocked from flipkart game zone showing message ""something went wrong
                      We encourage fair play in line with our terms and condition"""

                      My family member regularly played all games to collect gems. Then by using these hard earned daily gems some of my family member started winning rewards daily mostly in snake smash game.in order to earn this gems regularly we played from each other's mobile and user id's so that that we never missed the opportunity to earned these gems.

                      Flipkart never messaged or emailed which terms and condition we did not follow while winning rewards. There is no mentioning in terms and condition of each game (Issued before 31st may, 2030) in flipkart game zone that we can't use multiple flipkart i'd in multiple device to shop or to play games. Therefore, banning us based on the above message or condition from flipkart is totally baseless.

                      We kindly request to lift ban from game zone of all user like us using multiple i'd in multiple device to shop or play games.

                      (Our blocked flipkart user i'd only to play games - anil49.19xxxxxx.com, 74000xxxxx9, 8208xxxxx4, ay9xxxxxx.com, 9320xxxxx7 all blocked on same day)

                      It has been more than a year yet flipkart had not unblocked our account.

                      Below is the similar details/grievance of one more account of my family members.

                      He participated in these games almost daily and was also rewarded with gems, super coin on many occasions depending upon my ranking & game criteria. He participated with valid account & won 5 super coins in Snake Smash game of the Platform daily from 07th Sept to 10th Sept, 2021. Routinely, on 11th Sept, He used gems which was collected on daily basis, to score higher in an attempt to win prizes in Snake Smash Game & was about to be a probable winner till 11:59 p.m. as per terms & condition of the game available on platform. He was one of the winners of super coins & contender for first prize from continuous 5 days in Snake Smash Game. But on 12th Sept, 2021, he got barred by Flipkart from availing the service & benefits of game zone in future with the message that " Something went wrong, we encourage fair play in line with our terms & conditions " shown as soon as he open the games . He allege that Flipkart Mobile App Platform has barred him on baseless & false claim of violation of terms & condition of game zone by him. He also allege that as he was one of the top contender to win 1st Prize of Snake Smash Game daily, so Flipkart barred him from participation on false claim of violation of term & condition by him. He had requested as well as challenged various Flipkart customer support service on toll free no, 24 x 7 Customer Support service on Flipkart mobile app Platform, @flipkartsupport account on Twitter.com to specify the "exact" clause/terms & condition of game zone which had been violated by him as the reason of barring me to participate in games of game zone but, none of them have stated the said terms & condition violated by me till yesterday.

                      He requested Flipkart Customer Care Service here to show him *exact* terms & condition *mentioned on Flipkart Mobile App Platform* used for barring him from playing games or else give him compensation of 1st prize of all games on Game zone from today till date he is debarred/unblocked to play games. His Flipkart account is with mobile no 7***7**7*3.

                      As soon as one geniune consumer starts winning in game zone flipkart immediately bans the user. But seems helpless against hackers as well supportive to such fraudulent hackers winning daily in various games of flipkart score an impossible score daily. Or is Flipkart fooling looting it's genuine consumer/customer by earning huge profit from hosting various online games & ads on Game Zone on Flipkart Mobile App Platform & declaring their employees & their relatives winners in these games daily.

                                  Hello,
                                  I paid RS 486 through net banking for purchasing from flipkart.com

                                  Amount debited but the Flipkart's payment gateway doesn't confirm the amount and also they don't consider the refund.

                                  I shared my bank details with flipkart but they don't acknowledge any revert amount for the respective transaction.
