Flipkart — Not Giving Refund

I have bought Lenovo A6000 Mobile from Flipkart on April 3rd 2015 .. I am realized after some days that it have Ram Issue, Heating issue, Battery Poor, Camera Quality, Touch And so on.. My Order I'd is OD[protected]. I have Asked them for refund also it is out of stock. I need Refund I will go for better mobile Please help me for getting refund Thank you
