Flipkart — Not giving the product and not returning the amount

Hi team,
I have purchased the crompton water geyser in flipkart on 25th September 2025, till now I have not received the product nor they are return the amount.
Customer support doesn’t have any information and saying we have escalated the issue and it will get resolved.
Every day they are changing the resolution date without any proper justification.
It’s king of harassment by not delivering the product nor returning the money.
Plz check and do the needful.
