Flipkart — Not picking up my product for return(Refund)

Hello, This is Udhayasurya.Flipkart Order ID (OD[protected] Nike revolution 4 - I have ordered this product on 4th of July and received this on 5th of july. On receiving i got a damaged package and a broken tag(Rvc seal tag) so that i raised return of the product. Next day flipkart wishmaster([protected]) came and denied the product that the product tag a broken tag. But i have received the same condition while receiving.And the is miskate is not mine. So i spoke about this issue to the customer support team and they cancelled my return request and they placed a new return request regarding the broken tag.Next day flipkart wishmaster just called me without coming to my home and he simply said the tags of the product is still in my system so i won't accept the package.Again i contacted the higher customer support team for a better resolution they even did the same thing again raised a new return request. But still the wishmaster havent accepting the package without coming to my home. This is totally time wasting and it has been 15 days still this issue havent resolved. I have speaked about several times to the customer support team and i have raised 5 return requests. No such resolutions was given. So, For this i need a full refund or take the package for refund. And i have already faced a lot more issues with the same seller(HSAtlastradeFashion) and the wishmaster not coming to the location. Thankyou look into this concern and resolve it as soon as possible.
