Sir, I ordered a Samsung galaxy f 12 on 15th June, and it showed it will be delivered by 20th June. But due to some reason, it got delayed and reached my nearest hub on the 23rd morning by 8. When it won't deliver on 23rd so I rescheduled the delivery date to 24 June, asked customer care to make the delivery. But they extend the delivery time till 25th June. and give assurance I waited till 25th then on 25th they extend the date to 27th with assurance. The same thing repeated on 27th June, now they have extended the date to 1 July. I kept patience and waited till 1st July, but they haven't delivered on 1st also. So, I got no option except to cancel the product.
After cancellation, I again order another phone on 1st July, it was scheduled to deliver on 9th July. Even though the product reached to nearest hub on 3rd July, they haven't delivered and extended the delivery date to 11th July.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by hkarj For current article they updated the reason that address and pin code does not match. This is completely illogical reason, as Flipkart itself deliver my last article on the same address few months back, and today on the same address and pin code Amazon deliver one of my article.

Updated by hkarj Flipkart do their best, it increase date for the resolution of the current issue to 15/07/2022. Let us see how much time it will take to deliver the article from nearest hub.
Yesterday I had a discussion with one of the Escalation team his name is Saroj. He said as Flipkart failed all deadlines and he confirmed to initiate the Refund 14-Jul-2022.
Today another escalation team saying i need to wait till 24-jul-22.
they are not following policy but customer need to wait what ever day they are postponed.
Everyday i am calling to flipkart evryday and everyday new dates are given.
