deffective oil received total 6qty bag rs 1120 wasted ...Oil is old stock .It is reddish type of oil it is supposed to be yellow but it has became red it is hazerdous to our health rs 1120 totally wasted from flipkart it is not useful for anyone totally hazerdous yo human being rs 1120 wasted

    Deffective Oil and Poor Quality oil bag received qty 5 Rs 917 Wasted oil supposed to be yellow and it is reddish and bad smell is coming from oil it is oold stock and oil became Defective it is hazerdous to our health no useful for cooking Money is wasted rs 917

      I ordered a product from flipkart and received a defective product . On placing a return request for the first time, i got an email asking to share pictures of the product on a link which was inaccessible. On getting in touch with the customer care, they asked me to share it on a different e mail address, which i did but never received a response instead my return request was rejected. Again a customer care agent helped me place another request on 7th july and this time i did not even receive a mail asking for any further details and request was rejected again. I am unable to get in touch with customer care agents and even if i do, they hang up after putting me on hold for 5 minutes. Please help me resolve my issue

        Dear sir/ma'am, with humble request that for my order id-OD[protected] Paw Patrol xxxl pink beam bag amount which I have placed is Rs-2057/- product didn't delivered to me but status is showing delivered so I have requested for refund but it's has been one and half month still no resolution i have already talked to senior executive but no used they repeating same word i.e after 24 hr, I'm fate up of this kind of torture please help me to get my amount thanking you sir/ma'am

          I had ordered a wedge order id OD[protected] on 6th june, firstly, the delivery was late, secondly there was a size issue so i placed a return request and nobody came to pick it up and return was automatically cancelled without informing me 3 times . Now that the return period is over they are saying its their fault they will process the refund but it is still not processed. What kind of harassment is this?

            Price - 751 Rs.

            I ordered groceries from Flipkart on 17 june 2022, There were 11 items in total .
            I received them on 20 june 2022 but there were only 5 products, 6 were missing and the outer box was also missing . I was given those 5 items by hand without any outer packaging with their prepaid invoice bill of 11 items.
            I told that delivery boy about missing items but he said that they did not received other items.

            I talked to customer care service approximately 10-15 times yet but no one was able to resolve my issue.

            I applied for return request 5 times but each time they got cancelled and now its been 20 days and my money is not given back to me .

            Last option to me was write a e-mail to customer care but they also did nothing.

            Flipkart blocked my account on 7 july bcz of refund requests that i filled, i was persistent about taking my money back and they blocked me because of it.

            plz look into this matter carefully, I am a Flipkart plus member for 2 years and that's how they treated me, it was my worst experience in Flipkart or any other shopping app

              I was ordered moto g82 mobile on Flipkart. The delivery date of next day. It got postponed by 3 days even mobile reached to my nearest hub.. Flipkart was not sharing details of hub ao that i can collect it directly if they have issues in delivery.. After 3 days, it got postponed by another 4days..., even after completing 4days mobile not got delivered. At last i canceled that order..Flipkart deducted 100 rupees for it.

              After few days i again ordered moto edge 20 fusion yesterday and it supposed to deliver today.. But today it reached to nearest hub and delivery got postponed by 3 days again...
              If it is at nearest hub then why 3 days required to deliver it.. I am going to exchange my mobile and i have format it during first order before 15 days only.. How we can trust on Flipkart.. No support from customer care also.. I am helpless in front of Flipkart..

                I have ordered the product on 19th May, 2022. And received a defective/broken product. I have raised the return request but on 9th July, 2022, it's not resolved yet. I was my refund as soon as possible.

                  I purchased Adidas Runicon M Running Shoes For Men from Flipkart on Saturday, 25th June 2022. Since the product wasn't of good quality as advertised i applied to return it the very same day.

                  Flipkart approved the return on Thursday, 30th June 2022. Their delivery person picked it up on Friday, 1st July 2022.

                  I then received a message from Flipkart that the refund amount of Rs. 3257.0 will be credited to my bank account on Monday, 4th July 2022.

                  It has been 5 days since and i have not yet received the refund amount.

                  Kindly resolve this issue.

                      Sir, I ordered a Samsung galaxy f 12 on 15th June, and it showed it will be delivered by 20th June. But due to some reason, it got delayed and reached my nearest hub on the 23rd morning by 8. When it won't deliver on 23rd so I rescheduled the delivery date to 24 June, asked customer care to make the delivery. But they extend the delivery time till 25th June. and give assurance I waited till 25th then on 25th they extend the date to 27th with assurance. The same thing repeated on 27th June, now they have extended the date to 1 July. I kept patience and waited till 1st July, but they haven't delivered on 1st also. So, I got no option except to cancel the product.
                      After cancellation, I again order another phone on 1st July, it was scheduled to deliver on 9th July. Even though the product reached to nearest hub on 3rd July, they haven't delivered and extended the delivery date to 11th July.

                      For current article they updated the reason that address and pin code does not match. This is completely illogical reason, as Flipkart itself deliver my last article on the same address few months back, and today on the same address and pin code Amazon deliver one of my article.

                      Flipkart do their best, it increase date for the resolution of the current issue to 15/07/2022. Let us see how much time it will take to deliver the article from nearest hub.

                        Dear sir, I have ordered the Realme 9 Pro+ 5G on 25th June with ordered Id OD[protected], which was cancelled by Flipkart on 4th July due to a prolonged delivery delay. Their support team also told me to cancel the order from my side then only order status would be changed and refund process would be start. They also said that place the new order for same product in which flipkart take it on priority and deliver the product on time. So I cancelled that order and placed the new order on 6th July. For this ordered, shipping date was 6th july and delivery date was 9th July, but product not shipped till today. Even i complaint many times by call and email to flipkart support team but they not given the any satisfactory reason for previous order and this order. Sir i request you to kindly see in this matter. Because flipkart team keeping me to wait for 10-12 days and then they cancel the order. Thank you sir.

                            I had ordered a reebok lower from flipkart recieved the lower and found that it had no tag and was duplicate had placed return within 10 minutes of recieving order now its been 2 weeks and i am being given dates after dates for return but the pickup agent cancels the return everytime saying that the product has been used as it does not have a tag ( i got the product without the tag), currently im on 5 th call with a flipkart agent, this guy told me to wait on hold for a minute while he checks the details, I AM STILL ON THE CALL WAITING AND ITS BEEN 15 minutes all i hear is that music.

                              I ordered Realme 9 pro+ 5G Midnight Black mobile on July 2, 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered on July 3, 2022 .
                              The order was confirmed and the item was still waiting to be picked up by courier partner for a long time. When I contacted Flipkart customer care they said that it will be delivered in 2 days and it kept on going for more than a week and it's still on the same status. I placed the order with an offer using ICICI debit card. Please try to resolve this issue and deliver the product as soon as possible.

                                Hi Team,

                                My order ID:OD[protected].
                                Issue: Flipkart delivered damaged product.

                                I was ordered on 07-May-2022
                                Product delivered on 20-May-2022
                                Replacement request on 20-May-2022

                                Last 55 days I am keep on calling more than 100 times. No response from them till today(09-July-2022).

                                So many deadlines missed by Flipkart. So many times escalated by me but no response

                                Multiple times cancelled replacement and returns by Flipkart without customer updated. Irrespective of times they missed deadlines.

                                Customer care people list the call and middle of the call they disconnected the calls and return call as well. Request you to kindly help me on this.

                                Yesterday I had a discussion with one of the Escalation team his name is Saroj. He said as Flipkart failed all deadlines and he confirmed to initiate the Refund 14-Jul-2022.

                                Today another escalation team saying i need to wait till 24-jul-22.

                                they are not following policy but customer need to wait what ever day they are postponed.

                                Everyday i am calling to flipkart evryday and everyday new dates are given.

                                  I ordered iPhone 12 and It was supposed to be delivered on 9th of July even I got the message Out for Delivery but no one reached to me once in the entire day I myself tried contacting them throughout the day but no one responded to any of my phone calls. This is totally unprofessional from the company's and individual end. I want to take action on this Part

                                    Why you have changed the delivery date?
                                    And even if you changed the delivery date delay 1-2 days you have delayed it for 6 days and you may changed delivery again.
                                    You have lost your credibility.

                                      On flipkart india app, I had ordered motorola g52 mobile with old phone lenovo p2 for exchange. However the delivery guy has rejected the exchange stating that the screen is broken. However this reason is not mentioned exchange rejection clause. The reason is good to reduce the exchange value as per flipkart. Also, the exchange was rejected last week stating the same reason, but i had connected with customer care and they clarified that the rejection was by mistake. They requested to order again and ensured to get it cleared this time. However the delivery guy rejected for 2nd time today with same reason. Again i tried connecting to customer care twice. Both the time they kept the call on hold saying they will check on the issue for a minute and disconnected after 10 minutes without any say. I feel flipkart phone exchange program is a fraud.

                                        I have ordered a flipkart assured product (Tempered glass) of rs 230 for my narzo 30 4g but received tempered glass for redmi 9. There was no return policy. Since it was a flipkart assured product, i have ordered it by keeping faith that they will give us the good product. But i received a totally different tempered glass. I had ordered more than 100+ products from flipkart but never faced issue like this. Since seller know there is no return policy, it does not mean seller will send the different product. Very bad experience. I want my replacement or refund.
