[Resolved]  Flipkart — not picking up my return even after they accepted it

I had requested a return for my redmi note 4 the same day i received the product on 12th of august and i've been waiting since 12th august for a person to pick up my product but no one came and i've called u hundreds of times to inform about the issue and everytime i am given a new deadline for the pickup. The 1st pickup date was 16th of august then next promise was 21st aug next was 22nd august and final was 24th august 2017 but now on 24th u have urself cancelled the return and sent me an email. Wht is this utter nonsense? I want my product or give me my money back today itself. I didnt request for any compensation and u guys sent rs. 200 in my flipkart wallet urself. I dont need that. Just give me my money back or the 100% working product without any defect today itself or i will file a complaint against u guys. Ur customer care guys were saying me on 22nd and 23rd of august that ur product for return has been shipped and will be delivered by 24th and there will be hand to hand exchange of the defective product on 24th itself. The shipped product for exchange with my defective redmi note 4 had reached jalandhar by 22nd august 9.41 am as i had tracked it but no one came to deliver it till now and u have cancelled it now. What a shame???

i havent been provided with any solution yet and i am still waiting for the pickup as the pickup deadline as given by flipkart was 28/aug/2017 but this time also they missed their deadline as was the case with previous ones and likewise i was given a new promise deadline date of 31st august. Still waiting for pickup...flipkart is so swift at serving their customers...haha

I wanted to expose this flipkart guys and how they r harassing their customers, i would rather call them #fakekart. plz beware of this fake company and spread this msg to all to spread awareness.
I had ordered a Redmi note 4 on the 9th of august and recd. it on 12th of august and as i opened the box i saw two red lines on the display and immediately i called the customer care to tell them i have recd. a defective product and requested for a return and since then i have been calling them everyday and they always give me a new promise date or a deadline for the product pickup but nobody comes for the pickup of defective product and then they escalated my issue to the higher authority and they also called me a no. of times to assure me the pickup of defective mobile but all in vain and then on 21st august they said we r shipping the replacement and u will receive the new fone and the person who comes to deliver the new mobile will collect the defective one and handover the new phone to u and they themselves cancelled it on 24th august and i called them and they said its a system generated cancellation which automatically cancels it after 10 days and then they again approved my return giving me new promise dates everyday and gave me a final deadline of 5th sept. 2017 and also shipped my replacement product which was recd. in jalandhar hub on 1st of september and is lying there since then and now today again they cancelled my return the same way it was cancelled previously. I have recorded all of their calls as a proof and attaching all necessary files just to let everybody know about this fake company. plz beware before u buy anything from them...and spread this msg plz.
