    Dear team... I have ordered a battery & remotes operated toy car. I. E hummer with rechargeable battery (As displayed in flipkart product & product features) order placed for hummer toy car.. Inspire of hummer rechargeable battery car with reomte... I have received a simple jeep.. Uk guess which is a road side product.
    Without rechargeable batteries... I guess cost is just 200 rs... And i have paid 604 for that worst product... I was not expecting this from flipkart... I will move to consumer forum for the same.. As i do have photo & product features which i have ordered... Also this is my last dealing with flipkart... Amazon is much better than this... Kindly revert... Waiting for ur reply.

      Hi all,

      I have place order at flipkart for an iron box which was delivered on 14th august 2017 but the iron was not at all working and it was fully dusted product too old product. On 15th august morning i complained for the same & i was told that the pick up will be done but no return was initiated by them i was waiting for the pickup. Again i called customer support today, 1 lady ms kamini picked up the call, i told her the whole story & asked for refund & compensation as it was company's mistake not my mistake. Flipkart has charged me for the product. Am not able to use the product & have them also i was informed that the amount will be refunded in 9 business days wherein the refund timeframe for e-commerce is 3-5 business days. I have paid shipping charges for the product as well. Am only refunded for the product. I want the refund for the product with shipping charges and compensation which i am suffering and wasting my time for them. The vendor who delivered the product is flipkart's partner not my problem. I dont need a single penny to be provided me as a gift card as i don't trust them anymore. I am loyal customer of flipkart since 2012 but flipkart is to popular these days that they don't bother for their customer being disatisfied. Customer support is not at all supportive and they repeat same sentence that it is not in our hand we cannot do anything then why it is customer support???

        I have ordered multiple items worth ₹2009 in flipkart but two of those products are packed from myntra and both are not satisfied with the details and descriptions which are described in the product when i have ordered so i requested for the exchange & refund. But till now i haven't received any proper response from the customer care service as they response towards me was reckless. Hope i can get response from this service. Thank you

          Dear sir, i have ordered the prepaid in flipkart on 11th august and today it's 19th august till now it has not reached. I have complained in customer care, they all are sterio type answer. But there is no solution or delivery.

          Atlast when i told them am going to file a case then they are telling they will see to it is delivered in. After 6 days.

          Hopeless service by flipkart courier team. If i was sanjay owner of flipkart. I would have stopped using the service of ekart and sacked whole courier team. Who did not even check if ekart has the hub in that location

            I placed one one order apple macbook air, order no:od[protected]. Today 19th august i was told that order is out for delivery and flipkart provided me a number to call delivery boy. When i called him, he told my order has been rejected. Immediately i tried to call customer support. They told that they don't have sny information regarding that. I sent mail to customer support, nobody responded. I paid 55k for this product already and when i want to know about the status about the order, they are not responding.

            Please help me to reach to them their customer support don't have information and the devivey boy is telling my order is rejected. Please help me, they are not respondind at all.

              I ordered a moto g5 plus mobile during sale and the price was 14999. They promised me to deliver it by 16th august. But on 19th august they said the product is cancelled. I recieve all my earlier products in the same address i provided but they cancelled this particular order. The price of which is hiked now. When i ordered the product sale was on. Sale was on at amazon.in too but i believed in flipkart and ordered the product at flipkart instead of amazon and flipkart cheated me. Please help

                    I have ordered "godrej 6.2 kg fully automatic top load washing machine (Wt 620 cfs)" on flipkart at 11th aug 2017 and product received at 18th aug 2017. At the time place of order there was mention as demo and installation will be done within few hours after delivered the product. But now flipkart customer care denied to provide service about demo and installation same day or next day. I have called to customer care they are telling as demo and installation will be done till 23rd aug 2017. Means after 4-5 days. If i am trying to return this product, flipkart is denied becauwse they don't have such policy.
                    Flipkart not provide service as per commitment and also denied to return. Very bad experience and terrible with flipkart.
                    I am ready to install product by myself but flipkart denied to warranty and service if install product myself.
                    If i have purchased product locally so no need to wait for 12 days. Because i have ordered on 11th aug and will be installed 23th aug. So why should i wait for 4-5 days after delivery.

                    Kindly see attachment of screenshot, there is highlighted in yellow as flipkart mentioned about demo and installation.

                    We have interacted with the customer. Informed him about the tech visit. Customer was asking for compensation for delay in I&D. Said him that is product page if you put your pincode I&D and approx delivery date is shown but it may after the order is placed. Customer stated, before there was some problem with the machine but now its working fine. Said the customer that we have arranged tech visit and it would be completed today. If there is no issue he'll reject the return or else he'll approve the return. Customer agreed but was saying that he needs compensation. Denied stating we do not have a compensation policy and he said he will go to Consumer Helpline. Closing the case.

                      Complaint raised on 16 aug as i saw product has not yet dispatch so how will it reach on 17th aug
                      Flipkart replied to resolve by issue by 18th aug 2017 and get back to me with update as well.
                      No call no email no update.
                      I kept calling them, yet no one answered my query properly. They kept saying we understand but we dont have an update from seller.

                      @flipkart "supercomnet" is ur seller. You are suppose to contact them and give me an update.

                      It is a paid order. Also i got it converted into an emi. My installment has already started.
                      For how long i am suppose to wait with no actual update.
                      Or my money went in vain.

                      Unexpected from flipkart. And higly unsatisfied with customer service and false commitments from you...

                        This product does not work. Please do not buy this. There is no company name mentioned in this product. There is no user guide, no manufacturing company box and no warranty card. It is fraud product. Flipkart shouldn't sell this product and should replace this product by another genuine product with manufacturing company name, with all featured, with warranty card, with company packing and all features/company details.

                        Flipkart, please refund my money with compensation.

                            Today a panasonic p55max mobile delivered at my place which was ordered before 4-5 days.
                            As per mobile configuration mentioned on flipcart app.
                            This item is bundle very poor quality.
                            Camera is very bad and screen touch is rough not smooth as i expect. And speed very low.
                            Any way
                            I called back to customer care for upgrade my order in any high quality phone in heigher budget or any other premium quality phone. I will afford.
                            But flipcart denied me and told me that u can take same item not other.
                            Which is not fair.
                            I assured u. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible other wise i will not spend time and take legal action in consumer court.
                            But still i dont want to crack terms with flipcart.
                            Before this case flipcart served me fabulous and now i am sure flipcart take action and upgrade my order and provide me some option for choose a classy brand. I easily upgrade my budget up to 20000.

                                    1. The issue started from the day i ordered the product "lg 260 l frost free double door refrigerator" (Shiny steel, gl-t292rpzy) which got delivered on delivered on (Sat, aug 12th '17).

                                    There was a delay in sending a product (Contacted the customer care department more than 20 times)& the under aged guy was sent for delivery. The product was huge and the person was unable to carry the product somehow we managed to get that to my place. (Issue reported no reply).

                                    2. I ordered puma el ace 2 mid pn ii dp mid ankle sneakers (Black) on same day which was supposed to be delivered on delivered on "mon, aug 14th '17" there was a tech issue wherein i was unable to track my orders and i have not received any notification regarding the delivery of the product. Hence, called back the customer care department got information stating the product is already delivered. : i have not received my product".

                                    3. Ordered"lg 108cm (43) full hd led smart tv (43lh576t)"the product was supposed to deliver by 2 pm after complaining more than 10 times the product got delivered around 5 pm.

                                    The drama started now for installation"i have been informed that the product will be installed on the same day now the advisors are informing me that it will take another 4days to install the product.

                                    4. The order for "v-guard crystal plus voltage stabilizer" was supposed to be delivered on "thu, aug 17th '17, and fri, aug 18th '17" the product has not been delivered (I am scared now i might get a message stating the product has been delivered because the same happen on my previous order}. Hence, called back the customer care department more than 50 times everyone kept disconnecting my call without any courtesy.

                                    The calls disconnected by advisors everytime i call for asking them to transfer the call to the supervisor/manager. Pathetic service ever seen.

                                    I want justice for all inconveniences caused to me.

                                    @ ceo flipkart please ask your team to monitor the calls.
