I have received my order on 11 july and since then i am trying to call in customer care but got no response.
My product is not working and i m regretted to have order it from flipkart.
I have no idea y is it not coming in my order listing u people can look into the matter.
Order message when placed was:-

Send my bill on my mail [protected]@gmail.com and please do it fast...

Yesterday(14 july 2017) I ordered a phone moto E4 plus, but the order was not showing in orderhistory. I already done payment through Debit card. I want to know the status of the ordered product. If it was not there i will complain against the company.

I recently placed an order by paying the full amount. By mistake the order got canceled. Now, i no where see anything regarding my order. The detail are vanished. I've my money deducted from my bank account.
I called the support and found out that they were not find my order in their servers.

Please help me with the following
I need this product to be delivered to me.
The app doesn't show the order placed....

I have ordered xolo era 2x through credit card Emi option but mobile is complete batary down and touch screen not working, hence I will decide for Mobile ex change, I have purchased mobile invoice is there and registered mobile no [protected] in Flipkart.
Kindly do the needful on priority basis...

I'm very disappointed with this product, i've used this phone first time today and it's tuch screen is not working properly.

Also it's microphone is not working, while i'm on call the opposite person is not able to here my voice.

I need to refund this product and wanna my amount refund.

I'll have another mobile but not this one.

I have ordered a camera on 29th july ..and it gave me a date of delivering within 11-12july but they dayed again it to 14th of july but I haven't got my product ..I have contacted to Flipkart executive they told that it is problem of courier partner (EKART LOGISTICS) they updated false updates I'm still waiting for the product to deliver..Improve you service Ekart and please don't deal with this kind of courier..because every customer blames...

I received a detective saree and that too without any price tag or brand name in saree. While returing saree pickup person refused to take as it did not had any tag. I complained many times in flipkart customer care and every time they say that instructions have been given to pickup partner to pickup without tag. But every time i initaite request it was auto cancelled and customer care executives say that it is due to pickup failure. When...

I ordered or 5units of carrier acs, only 4 was delivered and the 5th one is due 5weeks.
On the website the same seller omni tech from whom i ordered the entire stock has the product available and he is surprisingly a flip kart assured seller who is now claiming that the product is not available /in stock.

Even after many compliant and emails flipkart ex executive say they will get this solved within 24-48 hours but nothing is solved.

Flipkart is cheating people with wrong offer.

I have purchased 3 bags from flipkart. I want to return it because its quality is too bad and the colour of product is not correct. Customer care executive are saying that product is in no return category. My flipkart account connected with my mobile no. It is not connected with email and when i enters the mobile no. And password he saw me "account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"
