[Resolved] Flipkart — not providing sufficient information for customer about exchange offer | |||||
Worst experience ever on flipkart. I have ordered a phone in exchange of my old mobile motorola g4 plus. Criteria for exchange is given as phone should not have cracks, no pixel issues and mobile should switch on. I waited for one week for my order. Later delivery person rejected my order for small scratch on my phone (And not a crack). So is flipkart expecting a customer to return a new phone which has zero scratches and that too in a perfect condition? If that's the case then why will a person sell his old phone? And that too exchange offer is not that great just deducted rs.2400 but my old phone's cost is around 14k. So if discount is also not that great amount on what basis does flipkart expect a customer to return a very good phone? Even if it has so many conditions it should be mentioned in the website properly and customer should be well informed so that customer can buy in other good online websites like amazon where they keep customer well informed.
