Flipkart — Not received RVP seal on Nike shoes

I’ve ordered Nike shoes from flipkart.. I got the duplicate product as the finish and quality is so poor .. I requested for return and when the pick up guy came he said he can’t take the shoes as it Doesn’t have rvp seal .. I told him many times that I didn’t get any seal .. I’ve received the shoes just the way it is .. why will I remove the seal when I want to return it ? He said he can’t take the shoes n I should talk to customer care executive.. So I called and told them everything . He said wait for 24 hours some one will call me and next day a girl called me n put me on hold for 10 mins and disconnected the call.. Then I call customer care again and then there was a guy I told him everything n then he disconnected the call .. then I called again and there was girl called Saba she said she has filed a complain so wait for 3 days some one will call ..No one called me in these 3 days .. now I placed for return again .. and called the customer care person .. I told her everything and then she said let me connect you with our senior person .. Then I waited for some time .. and the Ishan was the name who talked to me I told him everything he just simply said he can’t do anything in this as this is against our company policy.. I told him how can I provide the seal which didn’t come with the shoes .. he simply said no we can’t accept the product.. I told him other then this I got wrong invoice with these shoes .. he said it happens sometimes.. I am so confused and I don’t understand what’s the behaviour of the senior in flipkart.. I’m the customer I’m going through all this because of the seller he sent me duplicate product without any seal and I have to pay for this .. Flipkart is not retuning the product.. Not expected from flipkart .. I’ve never seen this issue with Myntra.. I guess I’ve made a huge mistake that I ordered these shoes from flipkat! If you can please help me in this it would be appreciated.. I’m tired calling your customer care support people .. it’s been days now! Please help! It’s a humble request! I can’t add photos as it’s saying fill is too large it only accepts 32mb file .. I can show you all the pictures of quality n everything
