[Resolved] Flipkart — not received the product as on written on flipkart

My name is tapan i have ordered a product water purifier (Prestige 49006 16 l gravity based water purifier (Yellowish) from flipkart and i received the product on 16th sep 2019. But when i opened the product is brass product where i ordered it after checked below question answer section and there is written that it is copper product.
When i submitted the request for return the product i will re order copper product but flipkart agent (Received call at 2:55 pm 20th sept 2019). She denied to accept the return request and in between the conversation she was shouting on me.
Same product in amazon there is mention it is brassed product but flipkart has not mention on top of product name. They are misdirecting the customers by showing different name on product.
I need a strong action against it.
