[Resolved]  Flipkart — not refund received

Dear flipkart castamber care, मेरा नाम अनूप कुमार है, ragistred email address - [protected]@gmail.com, मेरा ऑर्डर नंबर - OD[protected], दिनांक - 10/04/2019 को royal Indiana craft 12 By 5 inch long hard bracket multicolor glass wall shelf ऑर्डर किया था जो मुझे दिनांक 16/04/2019 को delever हुआ, परंतु prodect का ग्लास साइड साइड मे टूटा था जिसके कारण मैंने उसे Return का रिक्वेस्ट किया परंतु उन्होने replacement का ऑप्शन दिया जिसके कारण मैंने replacement का ऑप्शन किया तथा दिनांक 22/04/2019 को ecom express के माध्यम से तीनों प्रोडक्ट pickup किया, जिसका Tracking no[protected] है, उसके बाद आज दिनांक 23704/19 को flipkart castamber care ने मुझे फ़ोन किया कि सर अपका ये तीनो prodect replace के बजाय मै Refund कर देता हूँ उसके लिए अपको एक लिंक अपके email मे send कर रहा हूं, परंतु अभी तक कोई लिंक नही अया, जब फिर से मैंने flipkart castamber care को फ़ोन किया तो उसने मुझे 27/04/2019 का इंतजार करने को कहा, अब आप बताए ये कैसा सर्विस है ग्राहक को बेवकूफ़ बनाने का, श्री मान flipkart castamber care जी आप इस मैटर को solved करे अन्यथा मै आपके खिलाफ national consumer grievance मे camplain दर्ज करूँगा! अनूप कुमार

Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been initiated on April 24, 2019 and will be completed on April 25, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
