[Resolved] Flipkart — not refunded my wallet amount | |||||
I have ordered bajaj geyser in online but the seller itself rejected and wallet amount is not yet credit by flipkart yet to phonepe wallet. I called to phonepe wallet customer care and they are telling that they are responsible for the flipkart service. Kindly let me know to whom i have to call to get my amount back. Verified Support Jul 23, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complained that order was cancelled and refund not yet received. We interacted and apologized for the issue and inform that refund completed from our end and requested to co-ordinate with the bank and wallet provider. Hence closing the case from our end.
