Flipkart — Not refunding amount | |
Booked flight via flipkart travel from delhi to bangalore for travel date 2 april 2020. Booking id: ff200xxxxxx3670 Due to lockdown flight cancelled. I called flipkart and asked for refund and they told me to contact airline (Spice jet). I contacted airline and they have refunded amount to the travel agency. I received confirmation mail from spicejet. But now flipkart is telling me that they have not received refund from airline and also flipkart is not providing me any details regarding what communication is going on between them and airlines. From flipkart side this issue is pending for more than 1 month now and they are not giving me any details. Attaching mail communication. It seems like flipkart has tie-up with third party booking agencies and agencies are booking ticket on flipkart behalf. But when it comes to cancellation then flipkart is not providing any support. They are simply sitting on my money and now i am unable to reach their customer support as well. Flipkart has broken my trust.
