[Resolved] Flipkart — not replacing mobile, rejected my replacement request without notification. | |||||
I placed a nokia 6.1 plus mobile in flipkart on 13th sept 2018. It delivered on 16 th sept 2018. Facing multiple issues with that mobile by over heating, battery draining fast, ear peace damage, headphone connectivity issue and camera getting blur sometimes. For that i raised a request for replacement on 21st sept 2018. Even it is in 10 days replacement policy, they send a technician from jeeves store for troubleshoot instead of replacing. He came and just checked the battery and installed cpu-z app to monitor temperature and told me like put the charging for 5 to 6 hours and check the same temperature. If it is 45 to 50 degrees the item will be replaced. I checked whatever he said the temp is 49 degrees. Now, without any notification they closed my request as issue is resolved by troubleshooting. But, the issue is not resolved yet, i'm trying to contact customer care they are just saying have to wait for the resolution. In the flipkart app the status is showing as return rejected. Please fins in screenshot for the same. Customer support is not at all good with flipkart. Very worst... Service flipkart. Please find the screenshot for battery temperature and the status showing.
