[Resolved] Flipkart — not taking back default mobile | |||||
My complaint is tha i have pucrchase j7 max mobilr phone on 26/11/17 but mobile parformence by working is not good is first fault is daring battry very fast secound getting over heating i had talk to costomer care so many time by msging and by calling on tollfree but result is samevno progress in my complaint after that had walk to costomer of samsung care i have the token of care i had showed the problem to them also they told me thad u go return policiy of flifpkard flifpkard had given me the 10 days return policy but he made the time pass that the policy get lapese then we dont know and v can told that our policy get over so i had very very very fadup about this filfpkard next time in my life i will never purchase the product but i want the solution of complaint pls help me.
