Flipkart cheat with me gave me cheap meteriel not refundig me i m going to consumercourt.they sent me trolley which was damaged nd cheap metriel i made replacement .but flipkart told me we ll refund u.now i asked them y r u not refunding.they r saying sorry we cant.plz call me i ll ll eleborate u my whole incident what flipkart did wid me.i m totally discetifeid with ur service.i have done shoping wid amazone as well but they r much better than u.call me nd pick up ur rubish trolley.thanx.i m waiting for ur call.

    Hi team,

    Please note that i ordered a phone from flipkart.com and order id
    Od[protected] and then i got to know that the phone is not detecting the sim so i raised a return request but there is only option of replacement so i clicked on replacement then the technician came to our place and told us that this phone is not compatible with "volte" services so your sim will not work on this phone. And then the replacement request got rejected by the flipkart.

    But i want to tell you that on the website they have mentioned that this phone is compatible with volte services then how a volte sim is not working on the phone?

    And then i raised a complaint to them and the complaint no.[protected]

    And i am very much dissatisfied with the flipkart policy.

    I need my money back.

    THis is ridiculous that the customer has to suffer due to mistake of others. just like flipkart shown on the website that this phone supports VOLTE service but their own technician came and declared that this phone doesn't support VOLTE that's why the sim not working. and now we are in big trouble because this phone is of no use for us and still flipkart is forcing us to keep the phone and flipkart will not refund our money even it is flipkart's fault.

    I request to consumer complaint forum to take part in it and do take action against flipkart for their misdeed.

    I need my money back immediately.

    You guys have shown on the website that this phone is VOLTE phone but i checked on the motorola website and they have not mentioned this thing so how can you write VOLTE when the phone is not VOLTE. and i need my moneyback.

    @consumerforum please look into this cheating by flipkart and they are not giving my money back.

      I ordered a mi a1 phone from flipkart which was on sale on exchange offer... They checked my device online and they guaranteed me a discount of rs 3500 on exchange of my device... It surprised me when the courier boy said the device cant be exchanged as it is damaged... When i asked him what is damaged in my device his reply was like..."your colour is gone and at such we take it for a damage"... Yeah i didnt argue with him further... But my grievance is that flipkart should not dupe people showing exchange offer if they really cant give us the offer... Also it was not mentioned anywhere about the terms and conditions of exchange... Flipkart should rather highlight their terms of exchage before advertising such false exchange offers!

        Hi,
        I order 2 4 tb seagate external drives from this seller omshakti and if i would have known his reputation before i would have never ordered now for the first time i was sent a non working drive i asked for a refund at that time but i was told sorry only replacement is available so i said no problem i will take a replacement...
        Now after i received my replacement i opened it infront of the courier so
        That he can also see the packaging and the drive is different plus opened
        Package i order a 4 tb i got a 2 tb and teono or temp is written on top and back side of it and looks like this is a 1-2 yr drive is this the kind of service u guys
        Offer and keep this seller going on with it.. Now i called u guys
        Regarding refund both were approved by u guys then when the courier came in he only took one of them and not the other one and canceled that one cause he was not told about taking different item...
        Then i called u guys instantly infront of the courier and i was told i will
        Be picked up soon again however it did not happen not my acc is closed because ur people requested too many return request on the same item where only one request was suppose to be done...
        Now i would like u to please give me my money back as one of em has been
        Given back whose order id is od[protected]
        But the other one that was canceled by your courier cause he was not given
        Much info about the return od[protected] i would like u to request a proper refund on it or else i will take this to consumer forum for sending me broken different item and i also seen the review of the seller

        Going through all this trouble..
        Do check everything and reply or else i will get a lawyer for it cause that
        10250 rs is not a small amount and also why after approving both the
        Returns one was canceled then again was promised that it will be picked up

        Order id ending with 2000 has been refunded to me the one ending with 7000
        Has not been so i would like that back...

        I never ever faced these kind of problems from amazon or ebay...

          Today, your executive contact me 11.45 a. M. He telephonic talk me and promise 48 hrs. Return and refund our complaint complete. Last six day many times contact you and your reply every time 24 hrs. Complaint complete. Your 24 hrs. And 48 hrs. Last six days only promise, not my complaint complete.

          Kindly resolve by to-day complaint return and refund otherwise i have no other option but to go to the consumer court. I am very trouble your promise 24 hrs. Complete the compliant last 6 days.

            My order number is od[protected]. I received the item on sunday 12th nove 2017. After the ekart men left i found that the oven top was dented so i rang him up & he said he will bring the replacement item next day on monday. Till date there is no word from them or flipkart and i dont know whats happening. I had bought 3 items ie., led tube lights which i received okay, the above bajaj oven and also a waffle maker. Since none of these items are reflected on my account at the flipkart website i do not know if the waffle maker is also going to be delivered or not. Lack of proper communication from flipkart is extremely annoying and when i sent an email i got a reply that they no longer use this email and directed me to some other site which was not responding at all & kept saying oops oops there is some mistake!!! Extremely aggravating indeed. Please i urge flipkart to expedite the above item in good condition in exchange for the defective one i have here and also the waffle maker machine.                 no technician came till date. We had paid for a damaged product and company is giving only commitments to resolve the problem and give assurance either to replace the product or refund the amount but in actuality company is playing and passing time.

                  I placed on order on 11th oct - flipkart big billion day for the above mentioned product & i paid for it. Its been more than a month still product not delivered/ no assurance on delivery. Instead they keep requesting me to cancel the order after making me go through all the pain they gave.

And i saw this loptop this is damage product form the back upper side of right corner of keyboard. And alos the display is not properly fuctional. They said for display that drivers are not in loptop that way that problem but laptop are alos damege for hardware. Plz replacement this laptop so i continues take service form flipkart. Thanks

                      Today is 20 th day but still i don't know what is the region why they return or rejected my order of my still i have not got any proper region when i called flipkart service center they said sir plz wait 24 hours we will delivered your products but i think 20 day passed but till i don't get reply.

                      When that my order arrived in ahmedabad on that time they did not delivered that delivery boy came at my home they did't given any proper resion they return from my house. When i have called call local ekart local authority they said me if you want your product then you will have to come in our office. Otherwise we will return that project after that i show online deliver status they rejected my order without any region.

                      Daily i have send mail & call to flipkart and ekart authority they haven't given reply.

                        I'm gowtham kanna s. I ordered a samsung galaxy s7 on nov 8, 2017. I paid rs. 70 for two day delivery, which means i should get the product on nov 10, 2017. I ordered this mobile by exchanging my xiaomi mi max prime. Person from ekart logistics came by nov 10, 2017. And he told that it's not updated in ekart server as an exchange, only after it updates in ekart server he told that he'll deliver the product. And he took it back with him. And monday nov 13 2017, i called him, he told it's raining, so go and collect it from padi hub. And i went all the way in rain to collect my phone. Who pays rs.70 for fast two day delivery and collects it from hub? Is this the service you people give. Here are my complaints.
                        1. Product didn't get delivered in two days. Took 5 days.
                        2. I collected it from hub by getting drenched in rain
                        3. Delivery person wasn't responsive.
                        4. Problem was with flipkart server or ekart server. Why should i compromise for this?

                        I'm highly disappointed with this. I'm expecting an answer and compensation for this. If i don't get any response, i'll go to consumer court and file a legal case over this issue.

                          I have ordered 6.5 kg front loaded washing machine and i have received top loaded. I have returned product but even after date of delivery i haven't received my product but my emi has commenced and the product was shipped today but flipkart support shows a false information that product was shipped on 32 october.                             The mrp of iphone 7 on various websites and also on the apple website is 49000 for 32 gb. But the seller on flipkart website listed it for 56200 and then put it on an offer at a discount price of 11000, which means the phone will be bought at almost the original cost. Then what is the benefit for customer who's been attracted to this offer? It is a flipkart assured product and how come the website doesn't make sure that the price is not as per the market listed price. If the sellers wanted to give an offer then please make sure that you provide offer on the market price even it is a discount of 2000. But don't increase the price of 7200 above the market price and then act as if you are providing an offer of 11000.

                              I attempted a purchase on 13th october 2017 for the amount of rs 1124 but the transaction was declined with flipkart but the money was deducted from my bank account. I followed up with my bank who confirmed that the money has been deducted from my bank account and that i need to contact flipkart. I spoon with them and they have confirmed that the transaction was declined and will keep me. Informed about the refund status. Its been over a month and no revert. Ive also tracked a complaint about this situation. Complaint number is in[protected].

                              I'm very concerned about this as its fraud on flipkart behalf.

                                    Against order no. Od[protected] dt.11/11/2017, placed by my son jeyaganesh, mobile redmi note 4 (Gold, 32gb) (Imei[protected]) was delivered to me on 13/11/2017. Vide tax inv. No.#fabauc[protected]. Efforts made to make use of the mobile has become in vain. Swiping/scrolling and tapping on the screen is mostly failed. This very new handset is found to be quite useless.
                                    Though the defect was informed to the persons who had called me thro' phone no.[protected], in detail, they try to convince me by diverting the issue, without resorting to proper action for the replacement of the defective item.
                                    Either replacement of the defective item by a new good handset under proper demonstration, or else refund of the total bill amount of rs.10999/- is required and requested.

                                    For more than a month now, Flipkart is not able to change my password. Upon due verification with verification code sent to me, it is unable to set any new password .

                                    There is no alternate way to contact the company other than writing a letter!

                                      I ordered one mobile handset at flipkart on 18th oct. It was delivered on 23rd oct. Product was not as per specifications and i raised the issue with them.

                                      They advised that product will be replaced and then delieved the product forcefully on 28th oct in a forged manner.

                                      They coaxed us and forcefull delivered the replacement product to my teen son in my absence.
                                      Once we refused to take delivery if product is not of correct specifications, they asked to open the box, with a promise to take it back if product is not correct. Once opened and product was faulty again, they refused to take the product back as it is
                                      Opened (Though product is not correct).

                                      Courier guy forced the delivery to
                                      Teen son and then advised us to write to flipkart who will do the needful.

                                      Flipkart offered us inr 500/ to accept the defective product.

                                      They are not publishing our feedback. Very unethical feedback system where they refused to publish my feedback as it
                                      Mention the rival company. I was forced to remove the word
                                      And i am not sure if this was published thereafter or no.

                                        I have purchased the lg 80cm (32 inch) hd ready led tv from flipkart on 31st oct 2017 and has given the assured delivery date as 6th nov 2017. The order no was od[protected].

                                        The product did not delivered on 6th nov 2017 as promised and they have revised the date to 9th nov 2017 without informing the customer. When i had a telephone call to the customer care colleague on 7th nov 2017 then they have given concrete assurance delivery on 9th nov 2017. And i have received the call from their third party courier service gati ltd on 9th nov and they have mentioned that they are going to deliver the product and i also received the confirmation message from flipkart as well. At the end of the day i realized that they have cheated me again by giving fake promise.

                                        I again had a telephone call with the customer care guys then as usual they took the complaint in[protected] and asked me to wait for 24 hours for solution. After 24 hours again no reply and no response from flipkart.

                                        On 11th nov 2017 again i have sent an email to the customer support, grievance cell, escalation team to understand what went wrong with my delivery and why flipkart unable to deliver the product, after making 3 promises. On the next day, as per the common practice i have received the reply from the colleague and this time also they have again promised to deliver the product with 1 or 2 business days and claimed that they would resolve the issue. Ref incident - in[protected] with in 2 days.

                                        On the next business day, i again received the call from gati and they mentioned that they are going to deliver the product at the end of the day. Interestingly i received the same information from flipkart as well via message. But at the end of the day nothing happened and as usual no reply from flipkart. They cheated me again. After 2 business days also again no reply from flipkart. This is really bad and fake promises by the team. I have wasted lot of time to follow up the flipkart for my delivery. Still no one is responding and no one is trying to resolve the issue. I don't understand why can't they get back to the customers when they can't resolve the issue.

                                        I called multiple times to the customer care service and no proper response and instead giving false promises. Why can't we get genuine answers and why you guys cheat the customers again and again?

                                        Very disappointing service and poor communication from flipkart.
