I had bought a product (Fostelo shoulder bag
Color: pink https://www.flipkart.com/fostelo-shoulder-bag/p/itmeek8sg4nr2mp8?pid=HMBEEK8SQHF... during flipkart's big billion day sale on 16th october, 2017. Its offer price was rs. 585/- with 20% cashback in case of payment through phonepe. It had an expected delivery date on 27th october. Order id is od[protected]. On 22nd october, i got an sms stating that the item has been picked up. However, in the portal, i cannot track its shipping progress.

On 27th october i wrote to customer care to know what is the status of my order. They replied that it is delayed and will reach by 1st november.

On 1st november, i got a mail from them that my order i cancelled; after enquiry, i got reply from them that it is actually delayed and will be delivered by 6th november.

Again on 7th i had to write to them to get a similar reply that it is delayed and will be delivered by 11th november.

But, on 11th november instead of getting my product, i got the same kind of email stating delay in delivery due to same "unforeseen issue". On 12th november, i got another email stating my issue will be resolved by 16th november.

I have completely lost my believe and trust to this e-retailer and its fake promises. It may happen that again on 16th november i will receive a similar email instead of my product. The service is awful, and absolutely unsatisfactory and unprofessoional. There can be no valid reason for a simple product like that to take 1 month to get delivered. I am very much unhappy with the situation.

I want either my product by 16th november, or complete refund of my money (Without deduction of the cashback amount rs 117/-) along with a penalty for this undue delay.

I am attaching the email correspondences of the incident with this email.

I hope, my issue will be resolved.

        I have got my micromax canvas2 a120 battery this morning and i found that the product is not functioning. It's not taking charge, not detecting at all. I am very much frustrated with this. How can a widely circulated company be so irresponsible?

            Sir/ Madam, my laptop acer Travelmate TMP T2 59-G2- bought from flipkart in october, suddenly shuts down during use even when battery is present. After using 45 to 50 mins it shuts down.This has happened 4-5 times .I have checked all my settings .Sir/Madam please help me get out of this problem or else i want a replacement of my laptop or refund.

              The product i received is defective. The battery is so bad that the phone is not getting switched on. When i requested for return the courier guy came but said that there are scratches on the back of the phone so the return request was rejected. So this is the meaning of free and easy return policy by flipkart which you are boasting about. On one hand in the name of huge discount you are sending refurbished defective product and at the time of return you are giving excuses. For this product i had to raise return request twice but still you are giving excuses and rejecting the request. This is the first product i ordered from flipkart and i was treated in this manner. I can't help but mention that this is the worst online shopping portal as per my experience. On the first occassion i got a dead mobile and promptly returned it. Then i ordered the same product at higher price and again got a defective product which looked like an used product. As it did not work i had to raise a return request which was rejected. Then i had to request return again but got rejected again. When you are delivering a refurbished/used product how can you reject the return request by giving a lame excuse like scratches on the phone? Now what should i do other than suing you guys in consumer court and putting this incident over the social media so that this thing does not get repeated. This kind of harrassment is unacceptable. I am expecting a quick resolution from your end or i have to take drastic measures.in future whatever be the discount i am not going to order any product from your website and prevent others from doing the same.
              I haven't received any response from your side yet.
              This is the worst online shopping portal.

                I purchased whirlpool fully automatic washing machine from flipkart on 16 oct 2017. This product does not work properly. This product do not work as a fully automated washing machine. When I purchased whirlpool washing machine from flipkart, I thought that this item is better than another washing machine but this product does not perfect as expected. So I return back this item for refund my money. But whirlpool seller refused for refund. But as per online shopping rules if any product do not perfect for us then we can return back for refund.                   Purchased lenova k8 plus through flipkart. There is some issue in that mobile and the flipkart technical team has visit my house and approved the fault in my mobile. I tried many instance with flipkart to have hand 2 hand transfer but they advise to send the mobile to given address on 04th nov 2017 through courier and sent the courier copy to fkart on the same day. Courier has reach the destination on 07th nov and contacted again with flipkart about my delivery of my replacement product but they are keep on telling "as still product not reach warehouse and within 24-48hrs we will update". I didn't understand whats the difference between warehouse and the address given to me for courier the product. Till now i follow-up on many times and i was so disturbed because of this issue.                     30 days and no product delivered, and flipkart has put up false update that order delivered. They never delivered the order and now are not willing to refund my money. They claim they will investigate after 30 days and also claim that this order is not eligible for refund wow! Product not delivered! 30 days resolution time! Pathetic customer care! Careless escalation team!# seller! An awefull experience i ever had. Now let me tell you my experience with amazon, i faced a similar issue, i had ordered a product it got delivered to me i called to return teh order, return didn't happen i called back to claim refund and do you know what they give first preference to their customers and not the logistics or sellers, they refunded teh amount immediately this is what customer satisfaction and delight means with amazon and this is the difference between flipkart and amazon!

                      I bought vu 50 inch 4k smart tv from flipkart and my tv got delivered on 5th of october, after the installation done i got a line on the tv, so i placed for replacement. I got new tv on 22nd of october and old tv was picked up, the replaced tv i got was a duplicate product and i got blur on screen, on seeing this i got fully dissapointed and placed for return and refund on 23rd of october and my request was accepted only after 4th of november. As per the given date my tv should be picked up on 11th of november but it has not done. I called to the courier person on 11th of november and he is saying shall i come and pick up the tv after 10.30 pm?
                      What the # they are thinking i don't know?
                      Hope i'll get a good solution for this issue

                        I ordered a mobile back cover for my xiaomi redmi note 4 phone which is 5.5inch display, 4 gb ram 64gb internal memory which is expandable 128gb. But i got a carbon case is not suitable for my phone and it is too smaller than my phone 2 times. There is no finger lock opening facility.

                            This is with reference to my nri account [protected] held with your ubi ghosi branch. During my recent visit to india last month, i have noticed in my account statement that between 09 september to 18 september there has been several debits from my account. These debits are totalling to inr 1, 41, 218/- (Approximately) and there are few reversal entries totalling to inr 34, 874/- (Approximately).

                            I hereby confirm that these entries have neither been initiated nor has been executed by me. I therefore request your kind self to consider this email as my complain/dispute request for these transactions and do the needful in returning the amount to my account. I also request your kind self to deactivate my debit card if in case the debit card is used in these fraudulent transactions.

                            Please revert in case any document is required from my end in order to expedite this case. Shall be awaiting for your kind update on this case.

                              Very bad experience with flip kart

                              I have ordered the product on 15-aug with full payment.
                              It was mentioned that on or before 8-nov the product will be delivered.
                              On 09-nov i get an email saying product is delivered.

                              But in reality the product is not delivered.

                              When i call the call center they said it will take another 10days to resolve this issue.

                              After 1.5hrs of discussion and escalation call they said they will resolve by 14-nov.

                              I have been following up daily and i dont see any progress on this issue.

                              Every time i call them, they mention that it may take 24 to 48hrs.

                              Also they dont know where the product is... Still searching...

                              I have wasted close to 29days waiting for this product

                              Not sure when they will be able to deliver this product.

                              Very very bad experience.

                                I bought a swipe elite plus midnight blue model (16gb) on 2016/09/10 using flipkart. Please refer the attached invoice.

                                Have been using this phone since september 2016 and in august 2017 the phone wouldn’t start. Since it was dead, i took this to the service center (Sk info system, chennai) in anna nagar, chennai on august 12th 2017. Please refer the attachment with name “tn-che-ski3159”.

                                It has been three months and i would have tried multiple times to get the status however there is no information whatsoever.

                                Following are my questions –

                                1) is this an authorized service center of swipe
                                2) why am i not getting a proper response
                                3) what happened to my phone
                                4) when will i get the phone back
                                5) if you cant give the phone, will you be refunding the money

                                Take your time to revert while we have ceased to purchase anything from Flipkart given your casual attitude towards customer feedback. I have shared this feedback with my extended family as well. Now it is only my family, later it will be many customers and their families and eventually your entity might face a slow and steady death if you dont change this attitude.

                                      I have taken the Bajaj Light weight dry iron few days before .
                                      I used only twice and now the iron is not heating and its useless.
                                      Can you please do the needfull as i Have lost my warannty card and this iron is under 2 years warranty period

                                        Do you guys have any resolution for this or should i approch consumer foroum for resolution of this matter…

                                        Now this is heights of bad customer service…. I have not received any resolution for this issue….. Its been more than 20 days that i first reported this problem…………..

                                        Completely unacceptable…
