I had bought a product (Fostelo shoulder bag
Color: pink https://www.flipkart.com/fostelo-shoulder-bag/p/itmeek8sg4nr2mp8?pid=HMBEEK8SQHF...⇄ during flipkart's big billion day sale on 16th october, 2017. Its offer price was rs. 585/- with 20% cashback in case of payment through phonepe. It had an expected delivery date on 27th october. Order id is od[protected]. On 22nd october, i got an sms stating that the item has been picked up. However, in the portal, i cannot track its shipping progress.
On 27th october i wrote to customer care to know what is the status of my order. They replied that it is delayed and will reach by 1st november.
On 1st november, i got a mail from them that my order i cancelled; after enquiry, i got reply from them that it is actually delayed and will be delivered by 6th november.
Again on 7th i had to write to them to get a similar reply that it is delayed and will be delivered by 11th november.
But, on 11th november instead of getting my product, i got the same kind of email stating delay in delivery due to same "unforeseen issue". On 12th november, i got another email stating my issue will be resolved by 16th november.
I have completely lost my believe and trust to this e-retailer and its fake promises. It may happen that again on 16th november i will receive a similar email instead of my product. The service is awful, and absolutely unsatisfactory and unprofessoional. There can be no valid reason for a simple product like that to take 1 month to get delivered. I am very much unhappy with the situation.
I want either my product by 16th november, or complete refund of my money (Without deduction of the cashback amount rs 117/-) along with a penalty for this undue delay.
I am attaching the email correspondences of the incident with this email.
I hope, my issue will be resolved.

Flipkart Customer Care's response As interacted with the customer the issue is resolved now hence closing this case from our end.
And i select the size of products 34 and deliver 32 and colors are no match black is missing how is possible plz its wrong way of selling products and no option for return and change
