[Resolved] Flipkart — note 7 pro | |||
Hi team I am being harassed. Could you please help? This is in regards to the order number od[protected] and complaint sr # in[protected]. The product is redmi note 7 pro. Kindly help me in either replacement or return. I waited for a long time and got this on flash sale. The phone is very good in appearance; however, i am not satisfied with the performance. Firstly, there was no polythene cover on the box, rather two stickers on both sides of the box. I think it was not new cell which i got. On top of that, i got the phone as dead on arrival. I thought the battery might have drained. I kept the phone on charging and it did not start. Then i kept it for changing for more than 5 hours and then it started. After booting up, after putting sim and making calls for few minutes, it got warm. Please be noted that till this time, i did not played any games and not videos watched. Then i watched youtube and then the phone got hot. I raised the complaint for replacement only as i liked the phone i got this for my son as his summer vacations has started. The technician came and checked the phone. He said the phone is at 42 degrees and it is normal. How can a phone at 42 degrees normal. I am worried as this will be used by my son and there can be a possibility of battery blast as this range of degrees. Then he left and i raised the return again. Today, again he came and saw the phone getting hot between the 42 and 49 degrees. He also mentioned the same in the slip. I have, in both the occasions, written on the slips that i am not convinced that till 50 degrees the cell phone is fine. I would like to mention that my friends who got the cell do not have such an issue. One got from chroma and another from amazon with higher price. They also get the cell warm on continuous usage, however, the cell remains between 32 to 37 degrees of warm. I agree this is glass body, however, 49 degrees of hot cell. Nobody can put that on ear to talk. I have ordered redmi last month from your company only and it is working fine without any warming issues. Also, i am not convinced with the technician’s visit. Now, when called up flipkart for the help, they said they cannot do anything before 16th may 2019. When the tech visit is done and other things done, then why i have to wait till 16th may 2019. Is it because the seller wants to pass the 10-days policy? I would request flipkart, who being a customer-centric company in india, to help me either in replacement of the cell or refund. Also, my colleague also ordered from flipkart and his cell is working fine. I would request you to please help me in this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
