I bought a nova-ns-216-groomer-ad-ns-216-trimmer-men-women in ending of march and it had delivered but when i open the box it was something different from my exception, it is the maxell company is mention on trimmer. that is really wrong . then i contact to customer support no. then he told we will replace the product
But today delivery boy arrived with the replaced product but it was also same, so i return back the product or first product at my home, it is the second time i cheated now i am looking forward to best resolution regarding, As i spoke to your supervisor mr. naman sethi he told we will replace that one also, am i seating here for replacement order collection or delivery waiting,

whenever i called your executive take the calls but did not have the complete information with them then i talk to sup's they also didn't have the resolution, who will paid my call charges even your no. is also not toll free, i had paid much amount on you,
i did not do my work at a time even you are not ready to change the shipping city how disgusting you are ?? whenever your harassment is continuously going on with the customer's, its better for you that you will pick up my product or refund me.
