Flipkart — Od[protected] redmi note 3 (gold, 32gb)

I ordered a mobile redmi note 3 (Gold, 32 gb) from flipkart on order date: 28 july, 2016 5:39 am amount paid: rs. 11999 through cash on delivery. On 30 july i got from number confirming my address and order details telling himself from flipkart. On july he called me in morning and told me that he will be reaching in half hour at my place to give my order however he came at afternoon and delivered me package of flipkart. I gave him money and he left however when i opened the package it was two detergent soaps of 10 rupees.
I tried to call the person who called me however his number is coming switch off since that time. And on evening another person from ecomexpress came at my door and telling that he has came to deliver my product when i told him about early day scenario he got afraid and told he dont know anything and left.

I raised the same issue with flipkart and they ensured me that they will look into and will either provide me refund or new product. I also sent many mails to customer service and even to ceo also but the c. S are only telling me that the concerned team is looking into this and escalation is looking into this and will provide me final resolution however they only keep extending deadline every time to 24 hrs to 48 hrs. On 8th august seller gave me call telling that he will be delivering my product on 9th august morning. However after 1 hour i got message order refund has been cancelled due to high return. However there was nothing such return requests.

It has now been 20 days i am following this with them and they have not provided me any resolution and now they have blacklisted my account.

I request you to please look into on urgent basis so that i can get my money back and justice will be done with me.
