Flipkart — OD[protected] Sanfe face razor came with empty box, nothing inside

Hello since couple of days i have raised replacement request which was denied while it was attempted as no product is inside the box. Thereafter i have raised multiple complaints via the help centre and all the issues got automatically closed and resolved without any resolution whatsoever. OD[protected] product name is Sanfe face razor, i received nothing, just an empty package. The delivery guy who came for replacement said i should cancel the replacement request and ask for refund instead, thats what i did, now again am stuck as no refund is given and they have raised a return pick up request and i am sure delivery man will again refuse as package is empty, so now what to do? Is this my fault that ur sellers have not given anything inside and just gave me empty package? Who will take responsibility of this issue and give me refund now? Very pathetic service. No call centre number, no customer care emal id so how do i reach u?
