Dear sir,
Please refer my chain of trailing mails.
I have been continuously in touch with and in discussion with customer care representative from last 20 days, but still issue has not been resolved.
Just to give you a brief summary
* At the time of purchase of the product two separate offers we showing and I have applied.
* First offer was to have 100 Rs. Bonus for exchange of old phone and I had exchanged my Nokia phone and availed Rs. 1000 off.
* There was another offer of Rs. 1000 additional discount, if you are making payment through certain standard bank's debit or credit card.
* I have made payment through axis bank debit card, but this additional 1000 Rs. Discount was not applied.
I once again request you to look in to the matter and resolve the issue on top most priority.
Every time, I am talking to customer care representative and he, after understanding and convincing discussion, assures me to escalate and resolve issue in 24 to 48 hours, but very sorry to inform that this never happened and I am waiting for no reason.
Now, I would like to inform that please treat this mail as my final reminder and resolve the issue
You can propose either of following
* Either confirm me of providing addition 100 Rs off offer OR
* Inform me the process of returning the product.
Hope you understand and revert me on utmost priority. Also please share me, contact details of higher authorities, whom I can discuss.
