        Sir,
        I had purchased two products from flipkart.The first one is a Aislin butterfly oversized sunglass worth Rs 598 and the next is Peter England solid men Kurta worth Rs 535.the refund for the sunglass was supposed to be completed within 8.4.2021 and for the Kurta within 6.5.2021.But unfortunately none of the amount came to my account.when I contacted flipkart regarding this they provided me two reference numbers[protected]: for kurta and[protected]: for sunglass).I even sent flipkart my e- statement as they asked for it and am ready to share additional bank details whatever required for this purpose only so they can verify themselves.when I contacted bank they sent me back saying as the bank(United Bank of India) got merged with Punjab National Bank, the previous IFSC code got invalid thus the refund did not take place.when I informed flipkart regarding this they completely denied the fact.please Help me.I am a retired person and this amount is really important to me.

          On 5th May flipkart has delivered wrong colour jacket and on 6th may 2021, return request made from my side. As my number is not reachable, I have given my wife number as alternative. This pick up man from Ekart.in has so smart that without actually going to my home, he called two days with unreachable number and not alternative number and by his own concern cancel my pick up, and thus my refund. I am out of India and my wife call flipkart customer care for this also but no good response. 10 days return policy but of no use, full harassment by flipkart.
          Please try my alternative number for God sake. I want my refund

            Dear sir,
            I was offered an e-voucher on 13.02.2021 from SBI credit card at Flipkart for the value of INR 1000/- which have 16 digit reference no. and 06 digit code.
            While purchasing online from flipkart, there was no option on window for paying through 'pay from gift card'.
            It is requested to resolve this issue.

                  Flipkart did delivered the product. Forced me to wait for 9 days keep on saying that my product will be delivered ASAP even after the delivery date exceeded. Now they returned the product from the nearest hub of my place after keeping it there for 6 days without delivering. May 7th was the delivery date and i called flipkart on May 6 the ad asked to deliver my item because the item is laying in nearby hub of XpressBees since May 3rd and they are not delivering to me even after several calls. Flipkart denied that and asked me to wait until May 7th 7PM as it will be delivered. Nothing happened. Lodged complaint on May 7th then also they will told that it will be delivered. Now they cancelled the order without my consent. I need the item to be re shipped as I am not ready for the refund which I several times informed to them. Yesterday onwards lockdown started and now I can't buy the product from shop. Flipkart & XpressBees was playing with my time and it badly effected my work.

                  This reply sounds ridiculous. Do check all the conversations happened on this complaint i. Flipkart under various tickets raised. Don't say that nonsense reply states "due to unforseen reason shipment is cancelled" there is nothing unforeseen reasons. Both flipkart & XpressBees was playing with me holding the item in nearest hub for 6 days saying item will. Be delivered soon, everyday when I call. I have all the proofs of conversations. So don't try to fool other members also by leaving this kind if nonsense comment in public forum.

                  I clearly mentioned I need the item at ₹1, 399. You guys are crazy to advise me to order the item for ₹2, 499 now?? Seriously, huh?

                    I had ordered a '100 piece mask' on flipkart and when i opened it..it was not packed in a plastic cover or a box. Mask is something that is very essential and should be delivered in a sterile manner. What guarantee do i have that these were packed with someone who was wearing gloves or it wasnt even picked up from the floor?
                    Very disappointed with flipkart service. They wouldnt even refund my money. I am not satisfied with my product and i just wasted cash by buying this from FLIPKART!

                        I have purchased a hp laptop of an amount of 40k on dated 06.05.2021 but cause few less information I got wrong, I want to purchase laptop with windows operating system but I have got android that is useless for me. request to Flipkart I can give more amount which difference but they denied to change it. They asking they have no any policy that they can contact to actual seller. It is very big fraud on online floor only on Flipkart. Kindly provide me right resolution

                          The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                          Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                              I book fight tickets for 15th Jan 2021 from Bagdogra to Chandigarh layover at Delhi, however the flight was delay by the airline (Vistara) because of which I was given an option to get full refund of flight from Delhi to Chandigarh or take a next flight which was the other day, therefore I opt for full refund n took a different flight from Delhi the same day.

                              It's been 4 months me sending email n calling Flipkart several times for refund, even called Vistara who said they have refund the amount to Flipkart. However does not seem to want to refund.

                              This absolute trouble to get my on money n beg flipkart, who don't seem to give damn about customers.

                                    I have a Flipkart account with 1000 + super coins. Recently I got an OTP for login without me trying to access it. I neglected the OTP SMS and didn't share with anyone. But, in some time I got a message saying that 1000 of my super coins were used to redeem a voucher and also placed a dummy order with cash on delivery option. When I called Flipkart to complain about this they simply said, no such illegal login attempts were detected for my account. But I am sure someone logged into my account illegally which proves there is flaw in their login system. Instead of correcting it they neglected my complaint which made me loose 1000 super coins which equals Rs.1000. Please no one trust flipkart with your personal data or money.                                       I had ordered LI Ning shuttle on 5th May 2021. The order has reached my nearest hub but with transit damage. And the order seems to be cancelled with refund if applicable. But now the price of the same item is increased. I had waited for the offer price while ordering.Now if it's transit damage issue, Why should I as a customer bear the additional cost for the shipment issue flipkart had with its partner EKart? And on speaking about this to the flipkart customer care, they are convincing that it's not their responsibility and are forcing me to reorder.

                                      Its a real shame for being your customer. The racket has been cancelled for refund. Relying on your service is the worst thing any customer can do. Now there is a lockdown imposed and we cannot step out to buy the same. And how great your support service people were - till yesterday night they had been promising me that the racket will be delivered. I need my racquet which I had ordered at the same cost to be delivered

                                        I have purchased laptop from Flipkart brand Lenovo ideapad S145, first time when I received product it was complete faulty hanging again and again I have replaced my first laptop buy I didn't receive any technician call after that they replace the product again I received laptop with same problems technician did not respond well Flipkart is not helping and seller is a fraud he didn't want to refund for faulty product
