I had bought an mi notebook 14 from flipkart on 26 january . But on 31st of january. I observed an annoying sound from backwards in this MI laptop. I am not having any problem with the working but the sound is very annoying sound(sparkling sound) in the laptop. next 3 months are ver impotant in my life(12th boards) and dont want any loss of time so please do needfull fast help me with this problem.like replace or some kinda other...

I ordered Yonex astrox 99 badminton racket from Flipkart for 15 thousand rupees, and I received broken racket, I requested to return the order but Flipkart blocked my account and denied to return. Please refund my amount....

I order FasTrack men watch By flipkart.
But i received not working watch many time i contact Flipkart customer support to return watch provide me my refund.But every time they received my return request and at last they blocked my account saying due to high return your account is blocked i contact them for 1month but they not provide me my refund.
Plz help me to get my refund AND They block my account plz provide me my refund...

1- I Had try to book 2usb data cabel whoes cost is 198 on 19 Jan 2021 Time 07:44am . After completing the payment the order is not booked and i don't get any order id but the money is debited and send to Flipkart upi address. The screenshot is attached.

2- Again I had try to book the order whoes order id is- OD[protected] at 19Jan 2021 Time 07:47am. (Screenshot attached) But due to some reason i have cancelled the order....

"maximum units allowed for purchase reached", am experiencing this kind of popup over my screen whenever i am trying to place any order. And that item has not been ordered by me in the near past also. Such poor service by flipkart although i don't get these types of error kind of things over amazon or snapdeal. You guys also blocked my account unnecessarily and this is what kind of experience you are providing...

Hi, this is MANOJKUMAR MANIVANNAN . I want to change my old registered mobile number([protected]) to new mobile number([protected]) . because I lost my mobile phone 2 years ago . So I can't use my rewards and many other benefits . it requires the OTP number of a registered mobile number . Now I don't have that number. kindly do the needful to change the number as soon as possible.

I booked a flight ticket from flipkart travel. Booking id FF[protected] and the flight was on[protected] during pandemic.

I called flipkart customer care to canceled the flight and I was eligible for the full refund. It was air india flight.

Raised request with Beardo, Got Reply to contact Flipkart.

Raised with Flipkart, Got reply give bank details for Refund then got reply contact Brand your request is closed.

Question is how such Online Plateform like Flipkart is work without fear of Law and Same is question for Brand also.

Such actions should be penalize...

Am submit real IMEI number for exchange but these shows invalid why?and what can I do...

Flipkart have worst customer support when it comes to electronic items. I received my order on 3rd Feb. It was a gift to someone. On 4th Feb, I made a replacement request as the phone is not getting charged (Replacement ID:[protected]).Now I am even judging the originality of the product shipped by them. Every few hours a representative calls and schedules a visit then when we are waiting for the person, another call is made saying...

This is regarding Incident# IN[protected] & IN[protected] dated Sat, Jan 30, 2021 at 3:01 which is been not yet resolved till date.

from flipkart. Payment got deducted from my HDFC Credit Card but flipkart shows Payment not yet confirmed from the bank and 'order is pending'. I have been waiting for after 48hrs to happen something. I lodged a complain also on HDFC Bank but no response even after 48 hours. Neither they are refunding...

I had ordered a Fossil Gen 4 Smartwatch and it was delivered to me on Feb 4th. Upon unboxing, the contents were not placed properly and seemed like it was a second-hand watch. On further usage, the smartwatch got extremely laggy and refused to respond.

I initiated a refund (Refund ID:[protected]) and as per the procedure, the engineer came to examine the watch. In front of him, I showed that the watch was lagging....

It's been over a month, but still haven't received refund and flipkart everytime marking the issue is resolved but problem is still there.
i have made payment on 31 dec 2020, already sent bank statement and bank replied mail screen shot to flipkart.

i have tweet on tweeter regarding this issue and after a while flikart deleted my order from order list too. i have all proof in mail id chat with customer support....
