[Resolved]  Flipkart — On the basis of fake technician visit by jeeves rejected my replacement approval

I have purchased a Mobile phone LG G8x on 16-10-20. This phone delivered me on 19-10-20. After delivery, i found that Phone has a manufacturing defect and 3.5 mm Audio jack not working as it is manufacturing defect.. So i raise the replacement request. With Flipkart. Today at afternoon, Flipkart representative called me that your replacement request accepted and it will be approved after technician visit by 25-10-20. Technician visit work assigned to 'Jeeves' On 22-10-20 @ 2.28 PM, Jeeves Sms me that Engineer detail and visit schedule share with me on next communication. Not any Jeeves people contacted me and not any jeeves people visited my home to verify the phone. Without any communication and visit Jeeves people Sms me on 22-10-20 @ 6.46 PM that technician visit at my home completed and rejected my replacement approval. I never seen such type of Fraud, cheating with customer. Without any visit and examining my claim they show their visit on paper and rejected my claim. I never imagine such type fraud and cheating. I request to Flipkart to take stern action against Jeeves and initiate my replacement request. This type of incident only destroy your reputation.

Today flipkart accepted the replacement of my phone on the basis of. report submitted by Jeeves technician. So, i am closing my complain.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

The phone delivered to me has a genuine manufacturing defect. 3.5 mm audio port is not working. But without any contact over phone, without any technician visit at my home and without any physical inspection of phone . Jeeves completed their visit on paper and decline my replacement request. Tell me Is this your service ??? Flipkart representative informed me by mail on 22-10-20 @ 2.28 PM that jeeves technician will be visit my home by 25-10.20 . Then how Jeeves people completed my home visit on 22-10-20 by @ 6.46 PM???.

Yesterday, Flipkart official intimated me that again my replacement request accepted and Jeeves technician will be visit by 27-10-20 to examine the phone and approval of replacement. I have not any problem in regards to Jeeves technician visit to check the mobile phone because delivered mobile phone has a genuine manufacturing defect and hardware problem . But Jeeves Technician visit should be happen in real not like previous fake visit where Jeeves closed my request without any visit and contacting me. I request Flipkart officials to ensure that Jeeves technician should visit my home in actual and examine my phone.

I ordered a Realme c12 32GB from Flipkart (order ID. 0D[protected] and received it on 4 June 2021. On 6 June 2021, the phone started to lag, and then while video calling the display went black for some time and I couldn't do anything on it. So I filed for a replacement since there is no return option available. Had to call executives 3 times to finally get a technician visit and today on 10 June 2021, the technician came and asked me for a video of the display blackout, I didn't have it, of course, I didn't know that it was going to blackout!. then he switched on the phone and it started to lag heavily and he told me that it's normal! it's not!. When I confronted him on the issue he told me that he will not give a green light for the replacement and then I get the message that the replacement request has been denied. No one expects to buy a defective laggy product with screen blackout issues but Jeeves is as a fraud as they say.
I want this defective product replaced as soon as possible.
