Domestic Flight Booking Changed automatically after payment

I have searched Flights in Flipkart from Cochin to Amritsar, i have seen a flight of Vistara on 26th October 2020 (Departure time is 9.45 am and arrival time is on the same day 14.50pm) with duration of 5 hours 5minit. So I have chooses to book the flight. On Review page also it shows 5 hours 5 minit but after payment i received e-ticket with flight changes (Depature time changed to 12.20 and arrival time changed to next day. and layover...

I purchased some notes from Flipkart but when I received that notes they are downloaded copies and print was also not good. I try to return this item but they said that return policy is not applicable for this product, then I apply for replacement on 27th sept, they told me that your replacement will be done on 4th October but on 4 th October I didn't get any replacement then I called them then they told me to wait till 10th but on 8th September they cancelled my replacement

        Physical qty received only 1 no.

          Bought vu smart tv in july 2018, with 2 year extended warranty from flipkart for 4000/- valid till july 2021. Plan id jppoffk372307. Plan start date jul 20, 2019 plan end date jul 19, 202. My tv stopped working on 28.9.2020 and i filed complaint for repair with jeeves (Flipkart service arm). For the last 10 days they have been delaying and not repairing the tv despite several mails and reminders. They assign someone every day, but nobody comes or calls. Even the service persons phones are switched off or no reply. Such pathetic service. They want to frustrate the customer so that she gets the tv repaired from somewhere else, and they do not have to repair / replace defective tv.

          The TV was repaired on 8th October but has stopped working again on 10th October. So this sows the quality of service of flipkart. Mechanics are more interested in doing private work and earning money, than do the job properly.

          Even after 3 days, no response from Flipkart or from their service partners Jeeves. This is the kind of pathetic service they provide (may be worth only few hundred bucks) after taking 4000/- for extended warranty.

          I received mail from Flipkart on 18th that the amount of 18295/ - will be credited to my account as refund of defective TV and the TV will not be picked up (we can dispose off the defective TV) the mail is pasted here:

          We'd like to let you know that the seller will process the refund amount of Rs.18295/- within the next 24-48 hours & it will be credited to the Neft bank account within 3-5 business days as per standard banking procedures.

          Also, Vu Pixelight 127cm (50 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV product wont be picked up by the seller.

          But sad to say that amount not credited till date. Now after I have disposed the TV to scrap dealer, they are sending mails again and calling for resolving the matter, even though the matter is already settled by way of refund for TV.
          These guys cannot honour their own word, and are therefore not reliable. I have vowed to never buy anything from Flipkart again in my life.

            I had ordered an item with order id - od[protected]Logitech m-171 wireless mouse) on 28/09/2020 which was supposed to delivered on 06/10/2020 but it was not delivered neither anyone informed me about the delay. I have waited throughout the day but then contacted customer care in evening at 6:00 pm. They were unable to update me with the product delivery so asked them to at least provide me contact details of nearest hub so that i can receive it myself which was also denied. Due to this delay i faced a loss of revenue at my job cause my system was not operational. They didn't even bothered to inform on their part.

My money amount rs.35900 got deducted from my account and still i havent received my order neither i have been refunded my amount.                           @flipkartsupport dear sir i have ordered a shoes for my wife but when she recieved the same it had some spots on it. Then we had request refund request. Yourrepresentative named avinash visited home and talked to my wife in very arrogent and misbehaved and refused to received the product though it was properly packed. My wife litterally cried becouse of you guys. How you can talk to some one like this and refused to return product if it was returnable.
                          I will sue you guys in consumer forum for this worst service ever. I promise you guys. Have to pay for this when i called he tlked to melike are yar karle jo karna hai. I means is this the a brand like u treats customer. I ll sue you guys for rejecting a returnable product and also for mis behave woman.

                            I bought sony xb01 portable bluetooth speaker on[protected]. On 2oct, 2020 i went to sony service center and they found that speaker serial number is not matching with the invoice serial number and sony service center said that they can't procced and i can't claim the warranty because of serial number mismatch. I called in flipkart and they said they will get back before 7th september 2020 again i called in in flipkart and they said they will get back before 11th oct but 1 year warranty will expire on 13th october after that i will have to throw my speaker in dustbin.

                            This is horrible cheating with customer my hole day got wasted. This is a scam which i never expected from flipkart.com

                            They did the mistake and accepted. They haven't made any excuse. I got my refund on 10oct they picked up the Speaker and within 8 hours refund was credited. yes i was frustrated because I never expected such thing.

                                I am a costumer of flipkart since 2014 but this is very 1st time when the flipkart is behaving like totally irresponsible
                                Since 6 months i am not able to use pay later services on flipkart.
                                For a month the pay later services are stopped by filpkart due to covid19
                                That was okay, but the services are resumed on september, my services are remained stopped at flipkart.
                                I have been trying to get a proper reason for my pay later services suspension from a month.
                                But there is no satisfactory answer by the flipkart.
                                Flipkart executives are saying the policy criteria is now changed, but they don't give me the information about by which criteria my pay later services are suspended.
                                I am costumer so i have right know why my pay later services are suspended by flipkart.
                                I cleared all my dues on time from when i start using pay later services.
                                So i want to know on which ground flipkart suspended my pay later service.

Return request has been escalated on[protected] and it has been approved by the seller on[protected]. After that Return approved cancelled by Seller. I contacted Flipkart customer care multiple times for refund of my amount. When ever I call them they keeps on postponing by saying that issue has been escalated to concern department please wait for 24 to 48 hours same happen multiple times. Till date[protected] it was not resolved.

                                    Product was ordered for my 6 months baby. He suffered a lot because of power loss and I suffered mentally a lot with this kind of Flipkart service.

                                    Desirable Resolution:
                                    1.Refund my amount
                                    2.Pay 10, 00, 000 extra for letting me & my baby suffered a lot.

                                      On 29th of September i ordered Poco x3 from the flash firstly it was supposed to ship on 2nd of October which it did not after continues complaint the seller shipped the order on 4th of October after which the promised date to resolve the issue was 6th October by which i must've received my order but i didn't received it.Todays 7th October and the order is stuck at delhi for the past 2 days and when i went to talk to customer care they firstly didn't care about my problem secondly at few times they cut my phone off for asking questions which they can't answer as per their claim faster delivery it's been 9 days now and I haven't received my order which I've paid for at last i wanna say FLIPKART AND THEIR COURIER PARTNER EKART LOGISTICS IS A SCAM AND YOU MAY CHOOSE AMAZON OR ANY OTHER ECOM PLATFORM RATHER THAN FLIPKART POOR service of flipkart and ekart led me to file this complaint
