Flipkart — Order Cancelled but No Refund Initiated

On 11 Feb 2026, I placed an Order on Flipkart for 03 items bearing Order ID OD[protected]. But the Delivery Schedule was not meeting my expectations. I tried to change the Delivery Schedule but there was No Option available for the same and hence I had to Cancel the Order.
I cancelled at the same time and I have been patiently waiting till to date for the Refund to be Processed but to my utter dismay, Flipkart hasn't even Initiated the Refund.
I tried to reach out to them but they were UNREACHABLE. I didn't want to Cancel the Order and all I wanted was to Reschedule the Order but Flipkart has Cancelled my Order and has BLOCKED ME FROM REACHING OUT TO THEM. I have an Urgent requirement for those items but due to the Unfair Trade Practices employed by Flipkart, I am now facing a lot of difficulties apart from the mental strain and emotional trauma. I request urgent redressal of the issue.
