Flipkart — Order cancelled but still money didn't refunded ticket no. Od[protected] | |||||
I've booked Samsung Microwave on August 15th 2016. However, order has been cancelled before the product arrives. Cancellation is done on Aug 17th. As soon as cancellation done, I've got a message saying Order has been cancelled and money will be refunded to your bank within 10 working days. and I've got a call from customer care on August 21st saying that they are having some issues and will refund within next 2 working days. Since then I'm calling everyday and customer care executive are really helpless on this, they simply saying they will resolve the issue as soon as possible but no response from them in anyway. Every alternate im getting message saying that you case is escalated and will resolve the issue as soon as possible. Its been a month still no refund even my credit card bill is been issued and i need pay for that as well. Please refund my amount with penalty as its been pending since from a long time and testing customer patience and money for no-reason. Till today the money is not refunded and getting message saying the case is been escalated and will resolve in X working days. Please help out. Was this information helpful? | |||||
