Flipkart — Order cancelled Flipkart

I had ordered a Livguard tubular inverter battery with my credit card, but the order was canceled by Flipkart (reason: the seller was unable to restock the item). Then why is Flipkart promising fee collecting for all orders, and why is it listing not available stock products? That product price is currently 11062; the price was increased by 2423. Now the same product was in stock on Flipkart. How? Flipkart is cheating customers, so I want my product with the older price of my 8639. Please help; Flipkart should bear those 2423 rupees.
