Flipkart — Order confirmed but delaying delivering

As I have ordered a 50-inch Hisense Smart TV on 23rd September 2025 and the price was Rs. 20750/- after all offers and Credit card discount, and the same is confirmed by flipkart and they assured to deliver the order by 29 September 2025.

But even after 2 days the order is not delivered on time, when I complained about this to flipkart customer care they asking to wait me for 48 hours and also, they mentioned to cancel my order and reorder the same, but the offers will not be there as earlier.

I want my order delivered without any delayed and need a compensation for what they are played with our emotions.
