Hi I have ordered springtek orthopaedic mattress from Flipkart on 14-8-22 they have provided delivery date by 23-8-22 big suprise was there was no tracking ID provided since it was Flipkart assured product we thought it Will deliver on time.They have delivery date multiple times first is 31-8-22 so when about Aug 29 they have changed delivery date to 10-9-22 this is also expected date.I am requesting to refund the amount i have paid for that order I don't want product anymore.i have contact their customer support also but there is no there resolution they are providing.providing order ID details:OD[protected] seller name : Springtek i request Flipkart management talk to seller and refund the amount for the order i don't want the product anymore

Updated by Ravi shankar kotha Please look in to issue as their changing delivery date multiple times and didn't provided any tracking how a customer can know where order is.please cancel my order and refund the amount for the order
