I have ordered a mobile realme c11 2021 on flipkart on 06.09.22 order id no- od[protected] and the delivery dated was given 09.09.22 but this product was not delivered to me till 20.09.22 and same was cancelled by flipkart on 20.09.22.
I have file my complain to flipkart but they said wait for 24~72 hours each time but no any solution given by them.
I was mentally harassed during this period.
I need compensation from flipkart for this failure.

    I had ordered Apple airpods pro from flipkart but flipkart seller delivered fake Apple airpods when i check the serial number which was totally fake now its has been 2 months flipkart customer service just raise the issue and ask me to wait i wait then the issue showing resolved and showing for pickup but no one come to pick then again issue cancellation like this going its 2 months

        I have purchased MarQ washing machine (MQSA90H5GB). It has very high vibrations and with this, it is moving to front. I need this to be returned to seller and i don't need this anymore. I was applied return 2 times and denied. I tried for replacement but again denied. I wanted to return back and i don't want this washing machine.

            Ordered tuski rakhi set on 5 aug 2022, which was delivered on 8 aug but was different(image attached) from which i ordered or shown in descriptive image by Flipkart. I instantly raised the complaint along with the pic of delivered rakhi set. I also gave review with the pic. I called customer care to create a return request which they created but return was rejected stating illogical reply of confirmation of delivery by courier partner of item whereas i was complaining of wrong delivery of item(image attached). I again called customer care and raised return request which was again rejected with same illogical reply. They seriously don't read/understand what customer is saying, just keep on acting/replying like a robot.
            I created return request 5 times (image attached of mail) and all rejected with same reply, last request was created on 18 aug(image attached) which was rejected on 19 aug and then flipkart.com blacklisted me stating unusual returns, like seriously.

            As Flipkart has a policy of return/refund if "Not as per description" I want this item to be returned/refunded. I trusted Flipkart but they forced me to come here.
            I being a plus customer of Flipkart also has cash in Flipkart gift wallet, blacklisted for no proper reason and without intimation, pathetic and completely unprofessional behaviour by Flipkart.

            Received this today from flipkart.com. what I am complaining about and what they are looking for! What is wrong with you Flipkart? Spam rejecting return request, blocking customer for no reason, and dealing with complains like this? Seriously, there is something really not right with Flipkart.

                Dear Sir/Madam

                I, Dr. Vipul Shah have booked Oppo Reno 8 pro 5G through flipkart app on 18th August 2022. At the time of booking, it was showing delivery by 20th August 2022 and that's why I have booked as I need handset on urgent basis.

                On 20th August 2022, delivery status changes to 23rd August 2022. I contacted customer care and i came to know that it is delayed and will be delivered on 23rd of this month.

                Today, on 23rd when i have not received my handset, again i contacted customer care and again i am informed another date i.e. 26th August.

                I have booked this mobile from flipkart considering early delivery than other Ecommerce platforms.

                All the times during talk with customer care, i have listen different stories like issue from seller side then in another call issue from courier partner etc..

                When anyone buying from Flipkart then flipkart is only responsible for any issue in delay either that is from seller side or courier partner and flipkart needs to look in to it and resolve the issue.

                Lastly, if you can't deliver in committed timeline then why u commit.

                I am writing this here with hope that consumer forum help me to resolve this issue and take a action against flipkart.

                  I priya singh ordered a samsung earphone order no. : OD[protected] . This earphone is not working properly and the earphone have lots of damage on it . it also missing a accessories c type cable . I have tryed to return the product but they just waited me soo long that the return last date is tomorrow.                       I have purchased iPhone 12 on 3rd October 2021 from Flipkart from seller SHREYASH RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED for ₹54999 which includes gst credit available of ₹8389.68
                      But as I am checking my gst portal Flipkart or seller does not file his return due to which I m getting any input.
                      so it’s been request to look into this matter seriously and either make them file return or refund my gst amount to my account as soon as possible as it’s my hard earned money…

                          I have been fraud by one online company there online link is
                          https://f97.in/index/index/home.html.
                          They have fraud with me of 17k or so by asking me to complete their order and get the commission and they froze my money upto 40k including commsion and they are still asking for more money now.

                              I raised a return request for my order of Xiaomi 11i phone on 12 Aug 2022 one day before return period as I was facing heating and display issues in the phone. After that I got a call from flipkart executive who told me some troubleshooting steps but it didn't work so the flipkart executive forwarded my request to technician visit stage, but the technician never came and contacted me, so I again called flipkart and explained my issue, they told me the return has been raised under different issue so they told me to cancel this return request and they will raise the return request from their side, I did as they told. After that I called flipkart executive and explained the issue again, then they raised a complaint under subject- "I want to return this product". After this I got a message from flipkart on 22 Aug 2022 which was:

                              Hi Girijesh,

                              This email is regarding your
                              Xiaomi 11i 5G (Camo Green, 128 GB for Order ID OD[protected], We're sorry about the Inconvenience you are facing with the product.

                              Your product return request already forwarded and your product pickup promise will be done on or before 29 Aug 22. Team will try to pick up the product on or before promise date, Requesting to kindly wait till date however after pickup of the product seller will try to initiate the refund within 5 business days.

                              We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding

                              After this message I got a message that technician visit has been scheduled and the technician visited me on 23 Aug 2022. He just checked IMEI number, installed Blanco app and nothing else, no check for the issue I am facing, I even offered him to show the screenshots I had taken for the issue I am facing but he said "there is no need for that".
                              After that I get a message that my return request has been closed based on the support provided by the technician, I mean the technician just did nothing which I can call as support.
                              And now when I contacted flipkart executive they are saying to contact service center.
                              Even after sending a message saying my request has been forwarded and pickup will happen by 29 aug 2022, this is the condition.

                                I have sold my Mobile at Flipkart Sell Back option, on whihc they are suppose to give Thank you card with value as rs 6750. it was sold on dated 12th of August.

                                I have raised concern to flipkart about the payment, soon i sold it, but no one bothered to resolve my query and initiate the payment of 6750.

                                I am really worried about such a pathetic service by Flipkart. Not sure till when i will receive my payment, i am thinking to raise a FIR as theft complaint against flipkart.

                                      I ordered a product on 28th July 2022 named Dizo watch d and its order id is OD[protected] which i received on 29th july around 11am but during delivery the delivery boy opened the Flipkart box and just gave me the product and Said that I have to scan the barcode on this box, then I will take this box, then I said ok then when I told the delivery boy at the time of payment that I will pay online, he refused and said that give cash I said that i have only 1000 in cash he said ok pay me the rest from paytm i said ok then he gave me his mobile number which was [protected] so i paid the rest of the payment which was 1500 i did from paytm but when i came home i unboxed that product completely then i got to see scratches on that product then i thought to return the product but when i opened my flipkart app then i saw my order cancelled on flipkart and there was no option to return the product I contacted the customer care of Flipkart. but i didn't get any solution. I want to return this product please help.
