My product not delivered even after delivery promised date, I contacted them many times but whenever I contact them they provide template answers instead of resolving the issue

And I enquired them about what is the issue they are facing to delivered, they are saying it's unexpected issue not any specific issue

Please do needful to resolve the issue

    I had recently purchased titan watch using flipkart and the product I received is entirely different. Not only it’s a different item I received, it doesn’t even have titan logo or name on it. I believe it’s a duplicate or fake. I tried several times to return the item to replace and refund, but every single time my return is getting rejected. There’s a return policy of 10 days and I started raising requests from the very day I received and opened the package.
    They are simply telling me to wait and then rejecting my request without a proper reason provided.
    Please help me get my money back

      I have placed an SSD on Aug 03 which was cancelled from Flipkart end stating that due to logistics issue they cannot ship the product. I was asked to place order again and Flipkart promised me a 750rs voucher .

      Now the product price got increased but still I have placed the order again after week it got cancelled with the same above reason.

      Due to the above cancellations more than 20 days of my time got wasted. Now again I was asked to place order again .
      But now the price difference is more than 2000rs still I placed the order . This product also not delivered to me .

      Now totally Flipkart has wasted 25 days of my time simply making me wait and making me place order at higher price which is injustice.
      I have raised multiple concerns but still they are cancelling the product.

      Now the price difference is more than 3000rs.

          My account has been blocked without any prior warning or notification. In the last 10 orders. 6 of them have been cancelled by flipkart itself due to seller issues. The customer has been penalised for incompetency from the seller’s end. Now I need the account for my mobile bills and various other reimbursements. Please look into this at the earliest.

              I am unable to login into my account, it's showing your account has been blocked please contact customer care to fix this.

              I brought too many things from flipkart all the details and their invoices are there and I am not able to access them.

              I have contacted customer care more than 2-3 times still no proper resolution they are just increasing the deadlines.

              Please help me out on this issue.

              Also please let me know why you blocked my account.

                I had placed an order for 25 items, I recieved 4 of them and I'm satisfied with those. The rest 21 of the products are missing in the 7 packages that I recieved and instead of those 21 items that I ordered, I recieved 7 completely wrong items in those 7 packages even though each package has 3 items billed in it, so totally 21 items are billed but all 21 is missing. And they've processed the refund for 6 items, the rest 6 is pending even though they say they've sent the refund and the other 9 orders have been rejected of the refund request multiple times. I kept calling customer care and they say they'll resolve this issue but then they kept rejecting the refund multiple times. I have spoken to the customer care 4 times regarding this. They also blocked one of my accounts and it's phone number. It's giving such fraudulent behaviour and I feel like I've been scammed by these people on Flipkart. The 3rd time I spoke to them, this girl told me my account has been blacklisted and she cut the call abruptly. I called the 4th time and this lady said she'll raise a concern about the refund requests and send an email, which I haven't received any yet. They're not taking this issue seriously and I want my money refunded. I hope this place can bring me my justice as a consumer complaint company.

                    Hello,
                    I have purchased a MI 5A TV on August 6 using my debit card and had cancelled it on same day.I have been looking for refund from that day.I have tried to reach out to customer support multiple times.But I could not get any useful response.They mentioned that my incident will be resolved on 24 August.But it's past the date.I even didn't get any kind of information or update on the issue.

                    It's making me feel very bad.I am in a doubt whether they will return it or not.I need issue to be fixed and return my refund amount asap.

                        I purchased Oppo phone with

                        Received date 24/08/2021

                        I am facing network problem on my Oppo mobile phone and OPPO service center excutive ordered a new MOTHERBOARD for my phone and when I went for installation on 09/08/2022 he checked on his system that, my phone warranty period was expired on 29/07/2022.
                        When I purchased my phone in August month so why my phone warranty was expired in July month.
                        I loss my one month warranty period because flipkart seller cheated with me and sold me one month activated /2nd hand mobile phone.

                        But my phone was activated before purchase on 29/07/2021.
                        That's why I lost my 1 month warranty.

                          I purchased boat airdopes 131 in oct-2021 and recently i noticed charging problem. As the device is under warranty i contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
                          The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

                          Please look into this.

                            The order was expected to be delivered by July 27, 2022.

                            The delivery was delayed, Flipkart assured delivery will happen by August 6, 2022. On August 6, 2022, Delivery was delayed again and expected date now was 26th Aug, 2022.

                            Requested Flipkart Team to cancel the order, but they refused and asked to wait till Aug 26, 2022.

                            On Aug 26, 2022 The order was delayed again to 6 th September 2022, it will be almost 3 months an order has been placed Flipkart does not want to cancel the order or deliver it. There is no response from their team or any proper resolution.

                              I bought two items on paylater from flipcart. When I tried to pay cash, my Google Pay option was not there. All that has been changed and some other link has been put to pay cash. The format has been completely changed. When I called and complained, they said they would fix it in 15 days, then they fixed it like this. Google pay is not working for me now in flipcart. What to do? Fraudulent callers are calling and harassing

                                Good Morning..!!

                                Regarding order: OD[protected]

                                I placed the order on 14TH August by opting for delivery on 16th August 2022.
                                On 16th The Wishmaster contacted me and came home for the exchange and delivery of the TV.

                                His behavior was very much Unprofessional and Rude.

                                Initially, he inspected the Old LCD TV, wherein I showed him the TV by turning it ON. Everything was working fine Audio, Video He agreed the same like everything is good.
                                Later on, Smartly he asked me to turn the TV OFF and Unplug the Power and he Took the picture of the OFF Television.

                                When I asked he said this is the protocol to take a pic of the TV when turned OFF.

                                Later on, he asked me to pay 2400/- in order to deliver the new TV.
                                I have asked the reason for 2400/- he said he is not aware the app is showing him to collect 2400/-.

                                Later when I asked why I need to pay, He showed me his phone. When I checked the phone by scrolling back he selected the TV is not turning On.
                                I asked him why he did so, he said Dont argue pay the amount of else he will go back.

                                He also called his manager/Supervisor and confirmed it.
                                I said if it was by mistake selected as fail, kindly reschedule it and get it corrected. Which he denied.
                                and started arguing Rudely saying why I got the TV outside, He would have come inside and inspected it.
                                (Why would I call some random delivery boys inside my house, We have ladies at home how can I call someone inside the house)

                                Finally, i said reschedule it and Do the needful or Take the TV and Go i cant pay extra.
                                Another thing that happened was that he asked me for a glass of water, While leaving is saying me like shall he pay for the glass of water also?

                                Such rude behavior I never expected from any close friends or relatives as well.
                                Donno how Flipkart is encouraging such things, When i complained about this Wishmaster no response from Flipkart.

                                from the 16th onwards I am following up with Custome support in and out at least 5-6 times a day, But no proper solution.
                                I am just getting dates and being said to be assured and be patient.
                                initially, the 17th was the date, and Flipkart failed to solve the problem.
                                next date 20th again failed to solve the problem.
                                The next date they gave me 22nd.. Again failed.
                                Today Flipkart people called and asked me for 2 more days saying to wait for the 25th.

                                Failed for resolution on 25th and next date they gave is 27th.

                                When I am asking like can you guarantee that this time I will get a solution they are not sure.

                                I have paid for the item, and I can't get the item or my money back.

                                Kindly do the needful ASAP.

                                  I ordered REDMI 10 (Pacific Blue, 64 GB) mobile from flipkart through mobile number [protected] on 4th Aug 2022.
                                  Whose rate was Rs 9999,
                                  For that mobile I did Rs 4350 online and Rs 1000 from pay letter and the exchange I had was Rs 4750. And on some coins.
                                  Immediately after that I canceled that mobile after that I got the refund of the pay letter and coins. But I did not get the online refund of Rs 4350.
                                  I talked to the Flipkart customer care many times but they are not giving any clear information and speaking to the bank for enquiry, I also found out from the bank that they are saying that the refund has not come from the flipkart seller,
