Flipkart — Order delayed and no update of order and refund

I placed an order (Order ID: OD[protected] for a Luminous RC18000 PRO Tubular Inverter Battery on May 3, 2025, costing ₹12, 248, with expected delivery by May 15, 2025.The product was marked "out for delivery" on May 15 but has not been delivered as of May 19, 2025, 5:22 PM IST.I raised a complaint (Incident ID: IN250515210622384081514). Flipkart promised resolution by May 18, then May 19, 9:00 PM, but marked it "resolved" without action.On May 19, Flipkart issued a new incident ID (IN250519094041295885304), promising resolution by May 22, 9:40 AM, but I seek immediate action due to repeated delays.
