Flipkart — Order delivery of apple iphone 7 | |||||
Sir, I ordered a apple iphone 7 black on 4/10/16. And it show the delivery date 14/10/16. On 12/10/16 flipkart executive call me and talk about the problem of shortage of black and he told me black colour are not available till 7/11/16 if you want to it at a time then you change the colour then i corporate with flipkart and told to change the colour black to rose gold. But at 14th october no phone are delivered then i call costumer care and he told me your delivery date was extended to 17/10/16. At 15th october the phone are reached at my nearest hub dilshad garden. But now at 29/10/16 no phone delivered by flipkart and the costumer care are not tell about any problem and he extend the date 17 to 24, 24 to 25, 25 to 29. Every time he told a new date. I am very disappointed with flipkart. Please take a action as soon as possible because the costumer care of flipkart are very helpless. It nothing help me in any situation. Order no.
