Flipkart — Order ID : #OD[protected] Not getting refund for my Product.

I ordered refridgetor from Flipkart. The product has a dent and a bit of colour has faded. They only had refund option available. Now I have ordered the same from another website and asking for refund of this product. Their team says they are getting something went wrong exception and are raising a complaint but it is getting resoled without even calling me once. Now my refund window is ending and They are not giving the refund.
