[Resolved]  Flipkart — Order non-delivery

I ordered a package on the 27th of July. It was supposed to be delivered on the 31st of July.

The delivery partner contacted me when I was in class and I called back soon after. They said they would deliver it as they were close and asked me to give OTP so that they wouldn't have to contact me again. The text attached with the OTP said that I had to give it to him but didn't state the purpose well. I gave it to him.

I haven't received my package yet. It's been 48 hours and counting. The delivery boy hasn't been picking since the last two days.

I called the Flipkart customer service and they said they couldn't do anything and I should just try contacting he delivery boy and ask him to do the needful.
