    My account has been blocked from more than one year.
    I don't the reason why they blocked my account. Now I am unable to order any products from flipkart. I am using other e commerce sites like Amazon, Myntra & Ajio.

      I had placed an order on 15th June on Flipkart worth Rs 531. It was not shipped and after one month I requested for a cancellation because I had no need of the product by then. I called Flipkart support multiple times and the kept telling me the issue will be resolved, to no avail.
      On 16th July the cancellation was requested again and I was told the refund will be initiated within 4 hours. I have still not received any refund and am very tired of continuously calling flipkart and asking for solutions. Please look into it and refund the money ASAP.

      I was told to wait for 24 hours on the 22nd of July.
      It has been 5 days and I've still not received the refund. How much longer am I expected to wait?

      I keep getting calls from Flipkart, saying that the problem will be fixed within 24 hours. It has been about 5 times that I've heard this.
      I was told to wait for 24 hours more than 48 hours back, and I was to receive an email so that I can forward my bank account details to the seller for my refund. No such email was received. I'm so tired of repeatedly asking Flipkart to fix this issue. I want my refund now.

        Few days back I saw an article in quora that 'Flipkart is a sinking ship now'.
        Today i realise what's that mean.
        I am Abhishek bhadauria and i am shopping from Flipkart from several years.
        Few days back I ordered a Titan analog watch WR 50M whose dial size is much smaller than usual so I filed a return request regarding this issue on same day of receiving product but they are not responding about my request,
        So I called Flipkart customer support team and they told me to upload some pictures of watch on their mail account along with my I'd proof.
        I uploaded all images and my aadhar card on their mail but there is no progress in this issue.
        My request is still pending.
        It has been 5 working days and they ensure their customers to solve their issue with in 4 days.
        So I request Flipkart support team to look into this matter and solve this as soon as possible .

            I have ordered apple iPhone 11 from flipkart on 10 july 2022 and delivery date was on[protected] product was out for delivery on given date but product was not delivered by delivery person and after that now update
            and it was not delivered and I have requested to solve my issue to support team they have escalated my issue many dates given to me but no solution (16th, 19, 20, 21 and now 23 rd july issue resolve date extensions) . I have made payment using credit card and billing is generated due to the undelivered product I am feeling to be depressed and i request to cancel my order as it is undelivered but support team was failed to help me many times daily I requested but I can't find any help from them.

              When I reach the payment page none of the methods are working. It says Transaction was declined based on risk checks as soon as I select any one. Contacting customer care as always doesn't help. They are asking to wait . they don't have the facility to see details regarding my account to find out what's wrong and neither can they take any action. Customer care at flipkart are just show pieces, at least now . they just ask us to wait. Same thing happened when I complained about delivery.

                I received a damage smartphone... Its screen was damage inside😭
                I exchanged my old phone to buy the new smartphone but i received a damage smartphone as it is not usable...Now i have no phone to use and My Online Classes are also going on Utkarsh App
                But because i received a damage product . I am not able to attend my online claases and My Exam is also coming on 24 july😭
                I requested a replacement on 11th of july but there is no response till now😭😭😭Flipkart customer service telling that we will replace we will replace but nothing is happening 😭 As i Requested Please help me in this.

                  Flipkart blocked my account due to the reason that i did too much returns but what can I do if I get a wrong product or defective product or totally changed product.. i request unblock my account as soon as possible. I have already told Flipkart executive that the third party courier team in my city is not doing fair things. But instead they blocked my Id.. i need justice..

                    Please check the images attached. The grocery bag was not sealed and was just knotted, please see the images attached. The lal shahi's Mysore Pak of 400gm of Rs 149-/ was opened and half eaten and this disgusts me out during this covid time. The delivery person didn't bothered to open the bag infront of me and check it. He dropped it and went away after I paid him. I have recorded a video for proof from the time of opening of the bag and seeing the inside contents of it because it was my 1st time grocery shopping from Flipkart and I had read bad reviews on twitter. I am returning the product based on the chat with a customer service executive as she said replacement is not possible. Please initiate me a refund asap dear flipkart. I won't go back to the flipkart grocery section I promise. 1st and last time it was.

                    Please find out who did this and I request you to make sure that no other customers have to go through this yuck experience. It's been 2 days. My images and return was supposed to be done today as per product return tracking on the app but no movement since yesterday.

                    They didn't take the tampered and eaten sweet item back so I have thrown it in dustbin fearing covid situation. I said them on call and message that the opened and half eaten box is lying in my drawing hall since 2 days and I have senior citizens at home. But I didnot get any call about product pickup. Only 150/- was refunded to my bank account by imps and a sms received that refund has been issued and case is being closed. Done and dusted with flipkart

                        I spend hours to find the good deals and on the name of sale flipkart showed me good deals but later cancelled it without my concent. It was mental trauma, i am loyal customer of flipkart. This was expected from flipkart, product is still in stock but price has changed, i want the product for the price which i paid initially and not the current price.

                          So I ordered a smartwatch that is MR.ROBOT W26 plus smartwatch watch and I got a different product so I placed it for refund request and request accepted but they didn't gave me my money and we making fake promises of giving my refund but still not given and I put the return on 11th of July and the pickup was done on 21-07-22. After 11 days also they hadn't processed my refund and when I am calling their customer care so they are telling that the amount was refunded on 12-07-22 in flipkart pay later but the refund they was again reversed back and I requesting them to give my money but then also they are telling that the refund has been done but it is not there please help out of this please 😢it os my hard earned money I really belong to a poor family please it is my request to flipkart to please give me my money back😭. I have the the proof also I will share the images of my transaction.

                            Dear Sir/Mam,

                            I bought something from Flipkart by using Pay later Emi method. I already paid bill amount at June month but again amount showing in july pay later pending balance. I complaint at coustomer care regarding this pending balance they confirmed me that all my dues are cleared and wait for somedays it will clear autometically & this is a system error. But after July 5th same due amount showing for which flipkart charged Rs.60.00 for non clearance of pay later. I paid that amount but again same due amount showing in my pay later balance. I tried a lot of time to solve this issue by talking with flipkart costumer sevice. Till date i already tried above 20 to 30 times. Every time flipkart agent told that sir wait for some days your issue will be resolved. but they didn't solve it. Till now due amount showing in my pay later account. But as per my payment history i have no due. except this i already paid bouncing charges. but till now my issue is not resolved. Please solve this matter as soon as possible as it impact on my credit score. For this fault my credit score is going down. Please take it on priority as do the needful.                               I ordered ADIDAS X9000L4 H.RDY U Running Shoes For Men (Blue), order ID [ OD[protected] ] which was on a special offer price of 1474 . Price details of which are as follow : Selling Price ₹14, 999 Extra Discount - ₹13, 525 Special Price ₹1, 474 Shipping fee ₹40 Shipping discount - ₹40 Price ₹1, 474 So after the product has been shipped, and I was expecting its delivery. I get notified that my order has been cancelled and refund will be issued . That too WITHOUT MY CONSENT !!! I would humbly request you to please look into the matter as I have already paid the said amount of 1474, which was a special discount offer & not some technical glitch . I would like to get my product delivered not a refund . As I have been cheated by the seller as the said discount was not honoured and the product was called of mid delivery.

                                  R /sir, I am a seller on flipkart. I am from sonipat. I want to say that in our area there is lots of disturbance going regarding orders and pick ups. Pick ups are not done on daily basis. And if pick up boy come he is coming so late that the time will be over. Due to this many reattempts marked daily. And my account health fluctuating so much. Orders are decreasing so much. My money is also wasted on adds. If I am writing on the right platform please do some thing for this. Because I am doing so much effort to gain silver or gold. But now as the orders are decreasing I don't think that I got that. I dont know this issue is with me or with other sellers also. I am from sonipat(haryana). Please help me in the matter.

                                      Ordered New Poco F4 on July 10th from flipkart using exchange offer exchanged my old handset MI 11X for ₹15250 and paid extra ₹11778 (order id OD[protected] and received on July 12th. But got a defective device with display issue. So I went for return option and technician visit was scheduled and he visited on 16th July and he understood the issue and took photographs of the device and told me will upload it and there will be an update on flipkart app and gone without any solution after 10 mins I got a message showing that my return was cancelled. According to flipkart's policy if the technician cant find a resolution then they will place a replacement. Here the technician cant fix my issue and flipkart cancelled my replacement request without any solution. Actually they are rejecting my return by saying there is no issue on my device but their technician who visiting my home accepted that there is issue in display but it is visible only on grey and other dark shades. But he can only do display check using an app called blancco. In that app there are only three colours to check display issue which are Red, Green and Blue. But the problem is only visible on Grey and darkshades so he is telling that he can understand that there is issue but he can do nothing. This is the third time they are rejecting my returns. Please do the replacement by understanding my issue. I will add photographs of the issue here
