I ordered Apple Airpods pro from Flipkart order id OD[protected] on 22nd July 2022. I received the product on 23rd July 2022. When I tried to use it, I came to know that the product is fake. I also verified the same through Apple website. I tried contacting Flipkart customer care but they are disconnecting phone after listening to my issue. They never called me back even if the calls were disconnecting due to technical issues.
Here are the issues that I have with the product.
1. Packaging was broken and not secure.
2. Poor finishing of the box
3. No Embossing of the airpods logo
4. Noise cancellation doesn't work at all.
5. Apple website can not recognize the serial number of the Airpods pro.

    I purchased a jeans from flipkart order id OD[protected] it was deleivered on 19th july when i opened the package it was completely different it was not of my size brand labels were not attached and it was distressed jeansIt was completely different from the picture so I requested the return at that time only with proper reason but when today the deleivery boy came he denied the pickup please help about this issue as soon as possible and I am trying to get callback fromthe customer careBut till now no call received please do something its very bad that customers had to suffer because of flipkart

          i m a regular customer of flipkart one day i seen a pop message in Flipkart app that's my account iz Blocked and after that my account was logged out after that i m not able lo login again . i call Flipkart customer care more than 100 time regarding to this complaint but they can't resolve it . I want that Flipkart re access my account or atleast give me a reason why my account is blocked

            I am trying to make a purchase using a HDFC credit card and Bob debit card and also upi. This is a card and upi I have used with Flipkart many times before and am using with other vendors (eg Amazon) regularly. I received the message "transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks" (see attached screen print).
            Please advise how to clear this, so that I can make payments as before.
            I wish to make a purchase.

            I have subsequently received one standard response after another promising this issue will be resolved in 24 hours, 48 hours... It's now 2 weeks later!! Appalling response from customer care. No response from anyone with any sensible information. Just the same standard responses. Seems impossible to get to someone who can resolve the problem. Does Flipkart want customers???

              I have raised a return issue and no one came for the pickup.. and i recieved out for pickup everyday but the pickup agents are cancelling the pickup everyday. They are not coming for pickup. Its been 11 days and they cancelled my return everytime and now the return policy is over. It is happening same with 3 products till now. Is flipkart even responding?? Pickup agents are being worse.

                  I bought a mivi f40 earbuds in Flipkart.After receiving the product I found it the mic was not working.Then I requested for a return.flipkart accepted my return request and the a message came to my mobile that Your return request is rejected because of product mismatched.but no one came to pickup the product.I want my money back.i would like to return the product.please help me.

                      I cannot order to my place at PIN 500049. All the products in Flipkart shows 'Currently out of stock for 500049'. It is not comprehensible while the adjacent area is available for delivery, but not this. I believe this is a problem from Flipkart.

                          My IMEI number doesn't match/find in your website when applying for exchange offer, i have tried all options, *#06# & bill & even from Box. I directly copy paste even just to avoid any typos but nothing helped.

                                      Flipkart has started with a new scam of delivering product without ordering anything. I have not used Flipkart for ages now and i recieved a call saying that i have a product and need to pay. I was busy at work and also waiting for a product on Amazon too i got confused and paid it by a link ... After i came home i see headphones o[censored]nknown origin being delivered to my address!
