Flipkart — Order not being process and not able to cancel it.

I had ordered from flipkart grocery on 2nd June. It was supposed to be delivered by 4th June. But today is 14th of June and the order hasn't even been shipped yet. I am also not able to cancel the order. Whenever i try to cancel the message in the attached image is shown. I have contacted customer care service for the last 10 days but they are also not able to cancel and get me a refund. The order is already paid and I am not able to get my refund.
