Recently i placed an order and realised that i had to modify the order, so I Canceled the order number OD[protected] and placed a new order OD[protected]. However after placing the second order i realised that the first order was not canceled, I tried multiple times and was still unsucessful. I then called up customer service and they told me that it is technical Issue and he would cancel the same on my behalf. He tired and he could not cancel as well, so he told me that it is a technical issue and he would cancel it from his end and i could disconnect the call. The next day the order was not canceled and they delivered both the items to the maid who had no idea about the order. Flipkart delivery agent did not call me on my phone nor was it an OTP based order. When i called customer service to return the product they told me that since the items are delivered they cannot take it back as it is an open box delivery (Note: they did not call me nor did they make it an open box delivery if it is an open box delivery). This is broad day light robbery that they are doing wherein they told that they will cancel the order which they did not do nor did they call me at the time of delivery.
Don't me fooled by thier offers, Other options exist in the market from where you can buy wherein you will not be cheated. Think and take the right decision.
