    Hi I am unable to open invoice for realme TechLife T100. I have already raised a complaint but no response only. It's just a bad experience. I don't understand why this issue even exist. 😕Invoice should be opening after downloading, but that isn't the case. And there is not response also from the team. Worst experience from Flipkart.

      I ordered a mobile on October 8th. Product shud be received by 14th but it was not delivered and changed the date to 16.. again it was not delivered and changed to 18.. again not delivered and changed to 20. One person from escalation team contacted and asked to reorder and cancel the old ones. I cancelled and ordered another. It reached the nearest hub but still not delivering the order. Help me to proceed legally and resolve the issue

        I placed few order from Flipkart and the expected delivery date was 18 and 19 one product is out for delivery from 18 but till now I didn't got any, and customer support is not so helpful.
        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        same thing happening with me also and happened twice 2 months before too.

          I've ordered an iPhone 14 during the 2023 Big Billion Days sale at a price of 51K and paid fully through an ICICI Bank Credit Card. The product got shipped but didn't get delivered. I have called the customer care multiple times and each of them said that it would be delivered the next day. The order no is: OD[protected].
          Now after raising an issue with the Flipkart support team, they are asking me to cancel the product and buy it now after the price has increased to 55K.
          They do not want to deliver the products on sale and want the lowest deal price for namesake purpose it seems.

          Same happened with me where I ordered VIVO v29 on BBD discount and product is out for delivery since OCT 20. They are trying to cancel the orders so we but them again on new prices

            We ordered, apple iPhone 14 plus on big billion days. Product not delivered yet, from oct 11 it was misrouted to same city but not to right delivery hub. The emi bill also generated against my order . If I cancel and reorder we need to pay emi cancellation charges and processing fees . Who will bear the cost bcoz of their fault . Directly visited the delivery hub which mentioned in tracking details, they are in responsive and telling some careless answer.

                I've ordered iphone 14 in big billion sale . It's expected to be delivered by Oct 16 from that date we are trying to call Flipkart delivery agent and after several attempts he finally picked the call and ask us to go to Flipkart office to receive my order . We went there and mythey shown our order and they said they can't issue due to technical issue. And it's been 7 days my order is not delivered and this seller has simply cancelled my order . What the hell services you guys are providing ? I've paid full amount from credit card and I won't leave this guy's .. I'll proceed with consumer court and file this issue

                  I have ordered my product and on the day of delivery it is automatically flipkart rescheduled the delivery date.

                  When i am tracking the product it is showing that product is at my nearby hub only still they delayed the delivery by another 7 days.

                  everyday i am calling to flipkart custmer care but still they don't have any idea why my product is not able to deliver.

                    It's my humble request to you that please deliver my order as soon as possible because it's already too late and i am very consious as well as anxious about this because after 7th october there is no any further update in the shipment details. The promise date was 10th oct. but it was not delivered on that day then after it was said that it will be delivered in 2 business days but again it didn't. Now it's 23rd oct. dear and still there is no any update regarding my product i received, this was not expected from the backend team you people broked my trust and never try to contact me atleast once a time... Please team i want this product to be delivered ASAP or atleast you people reach me with a proper resolution...I tried a lot to contact with senior and concern team but no one gave me a satisfiable answer...Am i mad dear? please try to understand na... you people are my last hope please don't broke me again as well as don't loose your loyal customer.. I m at the last stage of my patience level dear plzz cooperate with me and try to deliver it ASAP!!!

                      I ordered LG 1 ton 5 star 6 in 1 convertible AC on 8th oct which was suppose to get delivered on 11th oct but they updated and delayed it third time for 23rd i.e. today but status is showing it is not shipped yet.
                      I raised complaint twice with Flipkart but they are simply putting a new date in my inbox.
                      Please help me to get this delivered.

                      Nothing is happening, start getting calls from Flipkart customer support for cancelling my order as they can't able to fulfill their order. This is absolutely unethical as we had an agreement where I booked an item and paid in full for that. After getting it confirmed now we are not getting the product. It indicates a serious SCAM by Flipkart. It needs to be seriously investigated by higher authorities.

                        I ordered Redmi note 12 pro on oct 10th 2023.Today date is Oct 22.Still they have not delivered my product.First they promised it will be delivered by 18th oct then revised to oct 21 now they assuring it will be oct 26.False promises of delivery dates are keep on goinh.Customer care of flipkart didnt even help.me.out.I certainly talked to 30 executives literally.but no one helped me to have a faster delivery they just keep on postponing.

                          Delivery pending from last 12 Days
                          I have ordered gym equipment treadmill not received even after paying full amount. I ordered on 9 Oct paid via credit card, for which the delivery was scheduled by flipkart on or before 13 October. I contacted Customer Care again for several times also talked to their Senior Head mentioning my issue. they again give me the false assurances that they would mention the issue with concerned department solution will be provided to me at the earliest(promised reolution date- 16, 17.20, 22, 24 and 25). But what would I have known that they are just making a false promise to me get call from back-end team for resolution. I have not received call or any email from Flipkart team regarding delivery from back-end team.

                          I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I demand a clear explanation for these failures and delivery without further delay. Flipkart customers deserve better treatment than this, and I trust that you will address this matter urgently and efficiently.
                          I expect to hear from you promptly regarding the steps you are taking to resolve this issue. even they are not allowing me to cancel my product and product lost in somewhere middle of shipping.

                            1)I had ordered samsung refrigerator in exchange of old refrigerator. But at time of delivery, the old refrigerator was rejected by FLIPKART. I HAVE PAID TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE FRIDGE. but the invoice provided to me says old fridge exchanged and invoice amount paid displayed in less than the actual amount I have paid. On repeated complaints to flipkart, they are not resolving my problem.
                            2) Apart from that they didn't provide me bill at the time of delivery
                            3) the fridge is damaged piece. Now I am contacting samsung regarding the issue. But the same ..my issue is not getting resolved. I NEED FULL INVOICE FOR MY PURCHASE. ITS BEEN A HIGH TIME I AM COMPLAINING BUT A COMPANY LIKE YOU ISNT RESPONDING.

The order was placed on [Order Date], and as of today, October 22nd, 2023, I am yet to receive my purchase.

                              The tracking information provided reveals that the order has been stuck in Chennai since October 10th, with multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts. This delay is causing me significant inconvenience and frustration, as I have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of this product.

                              I understand that operational issues can occasionally occur, but it has now been nearly two weeks since my order was dispatched, and I have not received any information or updates on when I can expect my delivery. This lack of communication and the extended delay are not at all in line with the service standards I would expect from a reputable company like yours.

                                  I recently ordered Apple MacBook Pro from Flipkart seller SuperComNet. I tried downloading the invoice after the delivery of product from website and application, but it showed we could not process your request. So I called customer care, they told me it would be resolved by 2-3 days, but it didn't get resolved. Now, they are not even helping me, and telling it is issue on my side. I require the invoice urgently, and I haven't been able to get it even after calling customer care for 4-5 times every day for the past 7-8 days. This is really frustrating and no help is being provided to me.

                                      We ordered one kurta from Flipkart and they marked it as delivered on 10th Oct but it was never received by us.

                                      The delivery attempt was made but we could not pick up the call. No conversation happened between the Myntra delivery executive and us about that product. That doesn't mean that it was delivered. Myntra does not have any proof of delivery. We also have CCTV footage that was not delivered when Myntra was mentioned.

                                      When we raised the complaint they refused to investigate and provide any resolution.
